So USPS shipped my mod to Alaska. I live in New York. I checked with VapeNW and they sent it to the correct address. I swear this shit only happens to me. Butt hurt? Damn right I am!
Just got done waiting 25 days for my SS wire to come from FT and now this crap. Sorry to plug up the thread with my whining.

Really sorry to hear that! That is definitely Murphy's Law at it's finest (worst).

Happy Holidays,
Steve

Yeah, that happens to me from time to time with usps. Last time it was a package that was coming from supplier that is about 90 minutes away from me. Shipped from california, 3 days later in Philadelphia, then 4 days after that delivered to me in california. Funny thing is whenever it happens it is someone in california, I usually get stuff from Florida faster.....sigh.

Doesn't look like I will be getting my rx200 today unless the last time it was scanned was in Washington, usps has it but not updating the tracking.

Post a screen shot of the tracking. USPS is always sorting & shipping to the wrong places. Someone over on reddit lived in Orange county. He ordered something from San Diego and the package traveled to LA, then to Hawaii, back to LA, up to Sacramento and finally to Orange county.

There it is in all of its ridiculousness.

Waited an hour on the phone to speak with someone. All they could say is that they didn't know what to say other than sorry. How about finding my fucking package and making sure it gets to me on MONDAY!

I find it unbelievable sometimes. It almost seems someone or some people at the sort facilities just chuck packages in any old bin to pass the buck onto the next sort facility because they are too lazy to read or scan a label. The package was right there near the Airport. There must be at least 20 cargo flights a day heading east out of SEA-TAC.

Just curious if you live in WA...I used to live in Tacoma and my brother still lives in Bellingham... I renember Federal Way and the SEA-TAC area fairly well.. that's why I ask, lol

No wonder they're having to cut back. That's what happens when you suck. You lose business.

Got my black one a couple of days ago and I've been vaping my black crown in TC with the ni200 coil. This mod is awesome!! :D Hit the fire button and whoosh to temp then steady as a rock. Great menu navigation, nice finish, feels great in the hand but a heavy motha, battery door is tight and hard to get off but snaps back on nice. This is in a three mod rotation so I'm still on the initial battery charge but I'm impressed! Firmware update is a breeze and there is a Mac app (yeah!!). I think you all are going to love this mod!!
Was curious to what it's made out of, it looks kind of plastic like but I know I'm probably wrong. Whatever it's made out of I ordered two of them today, hope I like them as much as you guys seem too, lol

It's made out of an Aluminum Alloy. Mentions it here. Click on the description tab, it's in the main features section.

Oh pls pls pls come in pink! (I got the green and white one and I love it. If anyone is curious about the color it's just a hair darker than the mint color that was all the rage in women's fashion last spring.)

I love it. It's simple and it works really well. Been using nothing but temp control in SS mode so far and it preforms fantastic.

I have a couple crown tanks with the .25 stainless coils ..Could I run that in TC mode on this mod?

You should be able to. I say should because there are different grades of SS that have different TCR's. That coupled with it's said the Crown SS coils have Ni legs might throw it off a touch (might be great, might have to adjust the temperature a bit up or down). If it was me, I'd definitely give it a try.

Cheers,
Steve

No, I don't live there, but my sister used to, so I'm familiar with the area. She lives in Bellingham now

Nothing really special about this mod SOFTWARE WISE
If u had the isticks mod before , it's the same thing except with the additions of the TC OPTIONS,You can't switch to VOLTAGE....WATTS ONLY.
, if you have the money and you want something really different, GET THE DNA 200 version..
Over all this mod is
Small
Heavy
Heavy
Heavy
Lol, if you have big hands you gonna have the use the tip of ur fingers..
Coming from the OG SIG 150, I'm missing my POWER BUTTON.. I have big hands..it's all good
This mod is not something you can put in ur pocket and carry everywhere, this is something you put on the table while playing poker with ur buddies, and it is something you can use if your buddy starts to act stupid!!!
With that being said it is a nice addition to my vaping supply
Really really nice MOD
again it's HEAVY FOR A MOD!!
FYI IM USING THE BLACK COLORWAY for now...

Is that a micro USB or a 3.5 mm pin that plugs into the mod??

It's usb.
Thx...I've had rather bad luck with micro USB charging with cellphones and tablets...my brother sent back his $200 SXMini when the USB port shorted out, I guess it came loose..but it was only 2 weeks old..thx for the reply

I see why they say it's better to charge via charger, it's taking too damn long to charge via usb!!

The only problem from what I've read about taking them out to charge is it can be tough on the battery wrappers. That being said, I don't charge batteries wired in series inside the mod. The exception to that is my DNA200 mods because:
1. They have 3s Lipos (either way, I'm charging them in series, even if I take them out and use an auxiliary charger)
2.The DNA200 chip has a very good balanced charger.

Cheers,
Steve

I'm always careful taking my batts out of my dual batt mods..only trust the little IPVD2 with in mod charging the single 18650, its a 3.5 mm round pin, not micro USB ..works great, but I always charge dual batts in a separate charger..

Just picked up a efest LUC Blu6 charger since it can charge at 1 amp up to 4 batteries and 2 amp for 2 batteries. Definitely an upgrade over my Xtar VC4 which was great until I have to charge 3 batteries at a time and it dropped down to 0.5 amp and took a long time. Just charged my 3 Samsung 3000 mah batts in the blu6 at 1 amp and it only took 1.2 hours. I only let them drop to about 3.5 though, my cut off is 3.4 via the escribe software.

I never would have gotten another charger if it wasn't for these 3 18650 mods, the xtar works great when charging 2 at a time. The blu6 is definitely a worthwhile investment for this mod though and it can be found for around $30. The Bluetooth app works great too and my 26650 batteries charge at 2 amps which really cuts down the time.

Did the same exact thing after I bought my Reuleaux's.

I thought the rx didn't have the wrapper ripping rings in the battery tray that the dna model has. Can someone verify?
