I'm not part of the crew but I'm a friend of the owner, I know that his main focus is to offer (average) online prices in a B&M store and in most cases they do it, mech mods and RBAs are much cheaper than other B&M I visited, and their house liquid is $14 for 30ml.
I'm not neutral because the owner is my friend, but I know he's very involve and if you let him know about any issue or suggestion, he will probably take care of it as soon as he can.
