No, our government got smart and started killing us off "naturally" via a disease method instead of just out right taking the child and killing it in the streets on public display like the Chinese did.

This dumb ass kid came in to interview at my job. While filling out his application he was asking if he had to fill in certain information. Then on the last page, the background check release page, he tore it off and stuffed it in his pocket.
