I've not known any one personally who has had adverse reactions to vaping so I am at a loss here. Every one on forums talks about a slew of different negative effects and when something like PG vs. VG is talked about there a just as many who say it can't be that to those who think that could be the problem. Anyway...I finally got off my 2.5 pack a day habit with a vape using 12mg nicotine. It was great, I felt great and didn't feel the need for a cigarette. But after a few days sleeping became harder to the point that in the evening I would break into terrible chills and a splitting headache, once in bed I would wake drenched in sweat, extremely sore, and not able to sleep for more than 20-30 minutes at a time, and spend most of the morning in a "hung over" fog. Thought it was nicotine withdrawal but after a week and a half I went to doctor. As expected she flipped shit about vaping, you'd think I was inhaling MEK. I took that with a grain of salt but I did consider maybe 12mg was waaay too much so I stopped for a day. Virtually all of the symptoms went away that night. I decided to go to 3mg (same brand) and the symptoms started to come back after two days. I really don't want to have to use a stupid gum or patch, or whatever because those just don't help. Could it be a PG thing (the stuff I have is a mix of PG/VG) or is there other things indicative to a specific brand or something?
