The Cupti is pretty recent in the past few months, the atomizer is pretty similar to the old carto tanks in design, uses a 510 connection most everything has moved to over the 808. The iCare by eLeaf is all one unit, little battery tank and atomizer in one unit with replaceable coil heads, a larger version comes with a battery booster pack for extended battery power, but a nice simple all in one that fits in one hand. The Joyetech AIO all in one comes in a stick style and box style, little more powerful and more flexible from simple mouth to lung or direct to lung, both units are below $40 USD for the kit and extra pack of coil heads. Most devices on the market now run best at a 70pg/30vg blend the thinnest or they flood badly, to bump up the VG content that way without losing both flavor and nicotine content would be to get a bottle of your flavor same nicotine content in a high VG content like a 10 or 20 or 30 pg rest VG in ratio and mix the 1:1 should get you to a 60pg/40vg to 70pg/30vg or close to it. Just adding straight VG will dilute the flavor and nicotine content, though newer atomizer systems are far more efficient than the older 808 cartos, and use better wicking materials that accentuate flavor better you shouldn't tell a big difference that much.
If you are allergic to VG though, thus the reason you've stayed with 90pg juices all this time I'll tag
@AndriaD in here as well, she has to run with thin juices as well due to asthma COPD and such conditions to get her input as well. Until you study your options available out there, seen someone posted above about Madvapes out of NC, USA. Another older vendor out of TX you could check out for cartos would be gotvapes.com might have 808 cartos or go with an 808 to 510 adapter and get some 510 cartos to tide you by which gotvapes.com has for under $4 USD.
I do not know your budget but there are plenty of very small compact starter units out there for under $50 USD.
