Smok 150 charging help **newbie**

Hello,

I brought the smok 150 yesterday and set it up out the box. So far it worked great just as imagined, but I went to plug it in to test charge and it suddenly lost all it's power and a message came on screen saying it needed charging.

Although it was weird, I began charging it in my car but it wont budge from 0% despite on screen saying that it is charging. Over night I charged it via a mains plug and left it but it still says that it needs charging. I've changed the usb cable with 3 others that all work but still wont do anything. I've asked friends but they're all stumped too...

Is it faulty/broken or am I missing something stupid here considering I'm a newbie...

Be sure to use the USB cable that came with it, and plug that into your computer, or other USB power source. Car charging may not provide the necessary current. If that doesn't work, I'd return it, or seek further assistance from the store you purchased it at.
