Yeah, I bought the ipv one to slip on the sxmini. It sorta fit but had to mod it a little. problem is if you have any leaking from your atty or if you overdrip, the juice gets down in between the mod and the skin

No, it would be to tight and then the screws that hold the case to the c-frame together probably wouldn't line up. If anything went between it would have to be paper thin.

I think these are the ones that vapinart and varitube will carry. I ordered the one on eBay, but I like these because they have the cutouts for buttons. The one on eBay has silicone over the buttons

Watch that video I posted with mike vapes, the geeko maker will sell them indivualy for the $55 bones.The Zero clones (reportedly with the same chip) are still floating around on a few of the more popular China sites, but they don't have a spring loaded pin which was a turn off for me.
Vaporshark's patent forced Fasttech and the like to pull their clones of such off their sites, but they can still be had if you wanted to go directly to the source and do a quantity buy (or buy one for like $75....meh). Did some poking around yesterday and found the 60W Vaporshark (with the Geeko/SXK chip) would come out to $55/per for 5, after shipping and paypal tax.
Debated just fronting up the money for the 5 then selling off the other 4, since i do like the looks on that clone, but ultimately decided it seemed to much of a hassle with so many other TC options being released atm.
That and....you know...i already have an SX Mini M class. Not like i'm that desperate to make any real effort to get another TC device just to be a backup
