Here is a weird one for ya
A guy I vaguely know walks into my office last week and asks to buy all the vapes I had on me.
He's a heavy smoker who had tried one of the lame Kanger AIO systems that failed. I had talked to him about vaping last October.
He wanted all of the five I had on me. He was willing to pay full retail price for my used gear as if it was new.
I didn't want to sell any of them. I even offered to bring in brand new stuff from my vast vapocolypse stash, but that wasn't good enough.
I ended up selling him one of my wraiths, topped with an authentic baby Goon that I converted and an old Istick topped with a Merlin RTA and two almost full bottles of DIY juice for $140.
First I made sure I could replace the 22 mm Goon
I talked to him last night and he is happy as shit still

I didn't want to sell anything, but we live 300 miles away from the nearest vaping shop and blah blah.
If he'd hadn't come in like a bull in a China shop I probably would have given him a set up free - but not that minute, lol

Well, I was looking for another RDA since I gave away one of my Origens along with one of the Pico squeeze. The guy installing a patio door for me kept asking about vaping after coming back from his smoke breaks. So, I told him how I quit a pack+ a day habit and he asked me if he could try it. I'm enjoying just looking at it! It's so purdy. Stab wood is cool,but something about natural wood just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.Just that organic,natural look and feel. Big props to you Jeff. And Berkshire does some hella good work,the enclosure is so well made.
Thanks, I appreciate that! I think natural wood is underrated, there's just as much complexity in the grain of a nice natural cut as there is in any stabwood / hybrid piece.
Shane's a master and I'd recommend Berkshire to anyone looking for a quality wood enclosure!

Fasttech lists 4 models of the "Authentic LohasVapes CHAOS RDAs beginning at less than 1/2 that price. They didn't seem to have any reviews or discussions on them however.

I don't have one.I watch shit tons of reviews,and several that I watched on that thing did not really have anything good to say about it.It seems more of a novelty than anything else.It can also be used as a spinning top,and didn't seem to even be able to do that very well lol.

I put dual coils 3.0 mm ID 30gx2/40g twisted fused claptons in the Charm. Bottom air flow closed, top air flow open, not too bad. Single opening on top air flow, good flavor. I have the Shen Ray clone and it is nice and clean, good threading. One top, one bottom, good airflow (for me), good flavor. Would I buy the authentic??, no, it is not MTL - at least not for me.
I'm thinking this little cutie is in need of a bigger brother.

I was disappointed in the authentic for MTL - but it is amazeballs in restricted DL mode
I mean, you could always try a steak knife if you're feeling squirrely.... I've found that letting the orbital sander chase itself around a sheet of plywood usually keeps the wife away if need be, but I'm fortunate that she doesn't mind my hobbies. Gotta love a woman who doesn't complain about a full 3" turbo-back with a Subaru cold start at 6 AM just because I love working on my car lol
What size are you thinking of getting and what are you thinking of doing with it? I know if you ask, he will cut a squonk hole in the door to your specs, might be an extra $10 or so but if you're not into whacking holes in brand new doors then it may be worth every penny lol.
I have a new walnut enclosure with a squonk hole cut in the door but nothing else, it is made to my spec so it's small (single 18650 Mech) like the cherry enclosures, only 2mm taller. If that's something you'd be interested in then let me know... maybe not as big as you were thinking but it's an option.
You're too cool to offer that, I really appreciate it. I was looking at the oak and walnut G size. Single 18650 squonk, natural finish. I'm not crazy about the side panel squonks so I'm thinking about a Tmods style front/side opening. It's tiger wire.8 wraps at 3mm diameter,came out to 1.0 ohm on the dot. Higher than I was shooting for,but we'll see how it vapes before I pass judgment.
