They send all of the US ones to one person, then distribute - to save us shipping $ from Australia, which is smart.
It looks like a good atty...and I've spent more on a couple...heck it's about the price of an authentic Hadaly....less than a Chalice...

Hype is crazy, but hey - at least I know I could trade it if I hate it...

Crazy early morning in weird Facebook squonk land, my alerts were going a mile a minute at 5am (on a Sunday, uuff)
Turns out I 'won' the randomizer for the Haku RDA, but I won BOTH lists, Phenom and Cruiser, so I had to choose one. I went Phenom with the restricted deck.
The hype on this thing is sooo outta control..
But I'm happy to 'win' so I 'get' to spend money (!) and see what the noise is all about...either I'll love it or be able to trade it for an Armor with all the acessories so that's pretty cool.
Has anyone else 'won' one of these yet?

Yup, price is definitely right.
I'm still hot for Le Concorde, there are a couple of French sites that still have it.
Ends up being $155 and that's getting close to an entire new squonker I have my eye on so I keep lagging, so this way I could trade the Haku for Le Concorde and then some + = win-win ; )
But I actually hope I love it, be nice if all the hype is genuine.
Did you get the Phenom or the Cruiser?

I just bought another one yesterday myself.
One of these days I'll nab a Haku when the production numbers go up and people aren't falling all over themselves to get one, that will probably bump the o-atty from my rotation, but for now I'm done chasing.

Yeah, but you can still ask for vouches and PayPal goods and services to protect yourself. I haven't had a bad experience yet and I usually get what I want without having to spend RRP.
My WTB ad for a typhon was up for 3 hours and I had one, so I'm sure you could get lucky.
With the Haku and Solo floating around, people are losing interest in nuggets like the typhon...

Everything got stupid really fast.
I mean, I don't buy or particularly care for clones at all either but I'm never going to be a preacher or belittle those who use clones.
I'm a Christian and a non-drinker and a heterosexual too and I have my most fun with my agnostic alcoholic gay friends!
Different strokes, everyone is my brother & sister yo. People stopped caring about the fact that WE ALL ARENT FCUKING SMOKING CIGARETTES which is awesome no matter what pos Chinese clone is making that happen!!

Good call. I have a decent gig but I'm at the mercy of sponsorship funding, so one month I'm super flush and the next I'm eating Top Ramen. I'm completely shite with money management so when I have it I blow it and then I suffer. I was doin pretty okay until I started hunting unicorns!!

And maybe a Thir13en Mech, but I'm not even in the group, and I don't think I'd want to get that secondhand. I need to look at them a bit closer too, before deciding if it's really for me or not...

I love my CVs, both the aluminum and the brass, I cherish the wood Ennequadro, neither one of them is being used, they're in "storage", I use the Wraith, DB2s, Therion BF.

For me it's been an Atty thing.
Once I got the Hadaly I wanted more of the same, only to discover the Armor, Soul S, and Solo were totally what I was after in aesthetics too.. but not easy to attain.. so I've been on a bit of a mission.
The Haku was a little left field and I didn't expect to win a spot! So I'm happy too, but it's been a bit of a bender month here as well. I did order an Optimist mod for my boss (shhhh) because of the sailing motif.
I love the Half too but I agree, the ones that have been up don't have me googly (except that orange one today!) The only real mod that has me twitching is the SQNK, but I want the full ultem and clear door without the 'sqnk' logo, just the logo the corner.
But yeah, the Facebook thing is a mixed blessing. If I could just outright buy this stuff it could be much more dangerous.

I'm too new to all of it but it really went south this week/end, as I mentioned before I'm on bookbook all day for work and the squonk stuff was a really fun distraction.
I was able to discover a lot and get some unique stuff, it's a shame this gear isn't available elsewhere for sure.

I'm not going anywhere, it's just that I'm not going to be focusing on keeping an inventory of any sort.
As mentioned before; I will always have a few on my bench.
Work is going to be a black hole for the next few weeks and even though I'd love to argue with people about why my plastic box is better than another guy's plastic box, I just don't have the extra fucks to give right now.
People important enough to me ( all of you in particular) already know where to find me, and others can seek me out if they would like, but my days of making offerings to people who want quality + cheaper-than-china but then proceed to beat me up when I can't offer it are limited at best, if not finished.

Yup! I did order it during the sale at FT, it was $75 or so. I'm not a fan of the side squonk mods but I couldn't resist the price. If the Vaping Gods are kind, it should be here around the 26th of this month. ...but I wouldn't hold my breath.
