Got the coppervape today, was going to throw a goon on top but didn’t feel like making 2 coils. Have to admit these 2 do go together like biscuits and gravy. Best authentic combo for the price in all of vaping IMO.

I don’t think I’ll ever run mine wide open so the whistle is a non factor for me personally.
I get a whistle with the Flave 22 that irritates the shit out of me though no matter where my AFC is.

Agree with the AFC never being wide open, haven't had that issue but once with the flave 22...and that is when I ran an Alien coil to high... or when the legs are up as weird as that is.

well I settled in...tried the gambit of coils, height, legs up and down...
and the winner is...
24g 3mm N80 6 wrap .31 spaced legs up
Do I think its a good RSA? Yes, would I go through the wait as I did for it if I was able to try it ahead of time...No
Minus the missing grub, the smaller than grub allen that comes with it, the crappy drip tip the experience was interesting, but the vape didn't rock me, don't get me wrong the vape is good, but it is not better than the Flave 22 imo, but it is better than my Flave 24, which now sits on my SS TK Revolver.
Next Atty to arrive is the Sentinel! oooh ahhh

Yeah which is why most of us vapers were using those Kanger T3/T3-S back then.
I feel you on the point five thing but considering it only affects 1 tank that I vape at 24.7 watts.It doesn't really bug me much.
They screwed up the wire trap placement IMO.
One of the best things about the O-Atty is it encourages placing the coils diagonally across the deck so the airflow hits the outside edge of the ends of the coil and travels down each side picking up flavor.
Sure, the clamp style makes trapping wire easier, but moving the screw holes farther from the airflow would have improved the flavor potential dramatically.
I think the Gorge did airflow better by angling it at a bias to the coil. If it was downward angled and at an angle from the natural coil placement it would be even better.
With the Haku design you're stuck with short coils or the ends of the coil getting insufficient airflow.
Oh that is a sweet looking mod/device.

Do not despair! I believe there is one member around here that can get you their e-mail. They are a bit on the pricey side, especially the stab wood mods. I think one of the members is in the Phillipines and got his from the modder. I think @DogMan had a Li-Mo that he didn't much cared about, but he might still have their e-mail. I think the regular (delrin) is shy of $200 or so but shipping is about $40.
They have FB pages and special runs normally go there first...but they do have a website you can buy directly from.

The quickest is 2 weeks, the slowest about 14 days...give or take a week or three. I pre-ordered a mod on Oct. 4th, received it a couple of days ago. Usually the US Express e packet will cost a dollar or so, but gets in the states in about 8 or 9 days.

Just pay the slight upgrade from their free shipping -- it makes a WORLD of difference, and it's never very much $$ to upgrade. Just be sure that whatever you order says "in stock" -- if you order something else that says it ships at some later time, separate the orders.
Anyway, the free shipping, even if it's in stock can take 6 wks or more -- remember the old "6 to 8 weeks for shipping"? Yeah, that.
Or, if you pay the slight upgrade, 7-21 days -- 1 to 3 wks, which can depend on such things as chinese holidays, weather, labor unrest (strikes, etc), customs, and any number of other factors, just because it's a long way and a lot of people between them and you.Andria
