I'm sure they just do the song and dance routine to get you to give up. They all do the same thing. Contacted Wismec about it as well and they want a video too. I knew I should have just ordered 2 more Squeezes instead of the Luxotic.
Per an email I got, eciggity has the Pulse 80W in stock for those who want to be the first on your block to have one.

No I still had to send in the video. Don’t use YouTube. They will tell you they can’t open the video file. Use an app called WeTransfer. That’s what I had to use for them to be able to see the video.

I’m surprised you’re having so many problems with the luxotic. Mine has worked perfectly since I got it. I’ve taken the plate off and looked also but no leaks on mine. I wonder if I got a newer production run. I bought mine through myvaporstore because I didn’t want to wait.

However, all the drama with Vandy and Voopoo over this mod forced me to give up on it and get an Hcigar VT Inbox v3 instead.
From all the love here for the Pico Squeeze, I'd sooner get 4x Pico Squeezes and the 3-pack of the Luxotic silicone bottles for about the same price from FastTech, including the ePacket shipping upgrade for ~$1.80...
Reports on the Pulse 80w say that TC is way off, so if yer into that, you'll be waiting for a firmware update if/when one comes out to address that, so it's wattage-only...at least for now.
But, I really do like the blue/green resin panels that they have for the Pulse 80w...

However as soon as 3f showed them for 24h shipping I made a late night purchase on impulse.
It seems well constructed and I've never had a regulated squonk I guess it will come in handy for travelling etc

It's leaking like a sieve in behind the plate. The battery ribbon is absorbing the juice and wicking it into the mod. As with all mass produced consumer goods, ya pays ya monies and ya takes ya chances.
I really like the Luxotic otherwise, I would buy another one.

Well after a full day of use with the Crea this is my impression. Battery life is on par with my other single 18650 squonks. It does have a little bit of weigh to it but not too heavy. The squonk bottle is very good. Not too soft or hard. It squonks really well. Draws back the excess juice nicely. Hits well on simple round coils .3 ohm. The fire button is a nice size and easy to push. Locking mechanism on the button is solid and easy to lock and unlock. 510 squonk pin is a manual adjust so some may not like that. I personally prefer it. Battery door is solid with no rattle or wiggle. Time will tell how it holds up with regular use but my initial impression is that for ten dollars you can’t go wrong with this one. I’ll be ordering a couple more for the stash.

Im guessing it's easier to keep check on juice with the atty too, especially on a mech of fet type as mentioned no dry hits or forget to Sqounk or over Sqounk, just keep juice within the small tank + an extra ml or so carryingI am still in the "but why" camp over RDTAs for squonkers. On one hand I think I understand, on the other well, ... "but why?"
Although, looking at thinking about an O Genny on a squonk, that seems nearly kinky.
