Tfv8 baby beast issues

Hello all,

So I have been using the smok alien starter kit for about 3 weeks and have started having issues with the tfv8 baby beast. The issues I'm seeing are:

1) it seems that there is a leaking from the glass or seal as the glass feels slick and I can see very light juice on my hand after touching the glass. It doesn't appear the glass is cracked at all.

2) I am also finding the bottom part of the tank seems to get stuck in the mod and I am having to wrench it out. This means that when removing the tank all but the bottom of the tank spins off the mod and the juice empties out.

3) Finally I'm not sure if this is normal but the glass seems to spin when the tank is together. I hadn't noticed this before so I'm not sure.

Would anyone here be able to suggest any fixes for these issues? Also has anyone been able to contact smoks customer service? I have tried their website and are constantly getting a 404 error. I'm in the UK so I'm not sure how to go about getting in contact with them.

Thank you in advance all. I know that's a lot of questions. It's just getting very frustrating trying to sort this out.

it sounds like you don't have it screwed all the way in. The glass is held in place by pressure when you screw the top part (with the chimney inside) to the coil. make sure the coil is screwed all the way in and the top part is as well

The glass shouldn't spin like you described. If tightening the coil doesn't fix it, replace the o-rings.

As for the base sticking to the mod, check the mating surfaces for burrs that may be "locking" it down. My wife had that problem with her subox nano. I had to take pliers to it to get it off. Was just a rough spot next to the 510.
