Carrot cake revisited.
The last attempt a couple of months ago, I used TFA Red velvet cake, and it was doubtful, and tasted wrong. I found it was too dry, not too chocolate. I picked it up to try yesterday, and I can't stop. It is almost there, but something is wrong. I am getting a slight clovey aftertaste. This was my recipe
TFA Red velvet cake. 5%
FW yellow cake 2%
Caps cake batter 2%
TFA vanilla cupcake 3%
LA cream cheese icing 6%
VT Parano Carrot 3%
TFA Pecan 1%
FA coconut 1%
VT bakery spice 0.5%
I know that the carrot is right, the la cream cheese icing is high, but it is good. The cake is dense, but it took a long time. I don't think that I like the vape train bakery spice. Too clovey for me. I don't have a nutmeg, but I think it needs a slight hint. I can't taste the pecan. So, I am also vaping FW caramel cinnamon roll. It is awesome. It has just the right spice level, so, I am ditching the red velvet cake. Here's my new version, and I am hoping that I have finally nailed it. Dropping the coconut, upping the pecan, dropping the bakery spice.

Inw lemon 1 drop per 20mls
I don't think you can get the vta carrot except australia, but you can get flv I think??
Dunno, it is so damn close to being perfect. I wonder if it needs inw sisha vanilla, because that is awesome. I am also adding a hint of lemon this time.
It is flavor heavy, but it needs to be, I think. Any suggestions?
