Gremlin DIY one-shots. I picked up their 'HobGoblin" one shot a bit ago, got around to mixing it up couple days ago....wow, I'm really pleased with this one! Site describes it as a creamy orange. It's not a sharp or artificial orange flavor, no off-notes or orange wierdness.....just a really nice orange with cream. Really like this one. Bear in mind that Gremlin's commercial juices are mixed mostly at 20%, this one shot is recommended at 15-20%. I generally like my juice bolder than most, so I mixed mine at 20%....next time I'll try it at 18 and then 16%. Nice to find a one-shot that tastes so good right after mixing. $5 for a 30ml ain't too shabby. I try to get my concentrates from Gremlin DIY when I can, prices are good, selection is pretty large too, and the shipping is fairly fast. Based out of Washington state.

Someone I mix for requested it, so i bought Flavor West's. I can tell you that it smells awful lol.

I just do,

8% FW Black Licorice
0.6% Cap Super Sweet

Kind of reminds me of that old famous juice called 'Pluid'....always wanted to try that one but they all said you needed to dedicate an rda or tank to it alone, cause you'd never get the taste of that one out of it.

So how is it?

Finally got around to it. It's so much better as I truly find CAP Cake Batter revolting. I used FLV Cupcake Batter at 1% and it could probably go up to 1.5. As is, it's good, but it would be much better with something else such as fruit. It's a good base to work with as the flavors have come together.

Mixed this up today as I’ve never made a Captain Crunch Cereal juice. It’s real good! Glad I made 60ml.

It didn’t state the steep time, so I figured I’ll give it a try & as a SnV it’s real good!

Edit: forgot to mention I didn’t add the sweetner.

I vaped Hangsen Fennel (tastes like licorice) for I-don't-know-how-many months. Got myself kinda burnt out on it, but it's been long enough now, I might enjoy it again.

Nothing wrong with licorice vapes. Not a thing.

I finally mixed Old School and Cornbread Puddin. Also made some HIC Blue Razz with LB. Made a bunch of 3-2-1's in 10ML bottles.

I finally taste tested mix#2 on VTA carrot cake. I brought the mix down to 4% and added 1% Loranns cream cheese. All I taste is creamy diketones. I will wait another week to see if the carrot cake comes forth. If not, mix#3 will happen. I mixed at 60/40 (pg/vg ratio).

Do you think that it needs more "cake"? I have their fruitcake, and I need to add 2% yellow cake to the mix.

No, right now its lacking spices. I may have to have to make the recipe myself. I might revert to spice cake. Right now I mixed some Vaping zone sponge cake (twinkie). I haven't tried it. I have used it before for making liquids for SIL but can't remember if I actually taste tested it.

I got Pound Cake, Gooey Butter Cake. Hard to recommend because I used in recipes. The Gooey Butter Cake, I did mix standalone @8% after a steep it’s not bad, I have to revisit. They gave me a 10ml of Holy PoPo, which was great as a standalone @8% Strawberry Donut with a bit of Caramel is how they describe it.

I thought their (DIYFS) Marshmallow was super good. It's quite potent, so lasts a long time. For months I used it in place of other sweeteners and it worked really well, no chemical-y aftertaste like some artificial sweeteners. I also got Amaretto, which I've only used in recipes but seems very good, and Butterscotch, which I haven't yet opened. They threw in a Murph Berries flavor as a freebie, that one to me is nothing special, but I'm not all that fond of fruits anyway.

I like the PoPo a lot too. The three Holy's is all I've tried and they're all good.

I would skip the Gooey Butter Cake unless you are using in a mix. Tried it again (stand-alone) & meh.

It has a awesome name. The first week after mixing @11% the beginning of the inhale was good & the backend tasted like plastic, yuck. The bottle has been steeping since 10/24 I don’t hold high hopes for it. The plastic taste is gone. I’ve used in a mix for a recipe & it’s fine blended with everything else.

BCF order came in today...just flew by the seat of my pants and made a Sour Gummy Worms recipe without using anything for reference and it seems to have turned out very well...I might go a little heavier on the gummy worms flavor next time, but for a first try I’m pleasantly surprised

I tried the TFA-Sour in a previous fruity recipe and it didn’t come through at all, so, I figured I’d just use it to bump up the sour from Cap version and even though it seems heavy on the sour, it doesn’t come out tasting like it.
You can definitely tell it’s there..can feel it hit your tongue and make your mouth water, but is gone by the end of the exhale...they did a good job on it, if you ask me.

I ordered these flavors from a UK site called drip hacks beg of the year. They used to sell flavor art under the name flavor hack or something. Really cheap, and not watered down. They had their own or another rebottle?? Anyway, they have this amazing sherbet flavor. I am going to mix it today. It is really fizzy. Need a break from cake. Going to add some fa lime tahity with the sherbet.

I am still on a drug called Imuran so its hard to say. It is a older immune suppressant drug.I have minor aches and pains but nothing like before. I do a keto/low carb diet to help with inflammation as well. I gained a lot of weight on steroids(I have lost that weight). However, the drug I'm on can cause cancer among other things. One of the reasons I sometimes don't care about diketones, etc. I have better chances of lymphomas than respiratory diseases. My rheumatologist is on standby mode.

I added 2.5% Hangsen French Vanilla Ice Cream to this and mixed it up. Going to let it sit for a few hours and then see what happens. Initial taste from the bottle is really interesting, not quite what I expected. Not terrible, but interesting.
