Maple bacon donut??? Do tell! Please and thank you...
I definitely will! Gimme a few more days and I’ll post. There’s a version on ATF that I did called Second Breakfast. That’s steeping right now, but I have another version that I just mixed up. Wanna let it steep and see if it’s better. Second breakfast is very donut forward right now.....the v2 has a little more bacon and maple.Maple bacon donut??? Do tell! Please and thank you...
So I’m thinking you’re also missing a custard note. Real pumpkin pie has eggs, condensed or evaporated milk, sugar and spices. The pumpkin bread is interesting. I’m still working with it and so far have found that it’s a touch dry(being bread and all). A custard would wet it up some. Spice wise, it needed help, too. Depending on which direction you wanna go, I would add TFA holiday spice(nutmeg)@0.25%, Caps CDS(for the cinnamon)@0.5-1% or TFA Pumpkin spice(more clovey).Need a little help with a pumpkin pie recipe I’ve been looking to make. I stole the crust recipe from @Mykreign as usual and then realized I had ordered pumpkin bread instead of a straight pumpkin or pumpkin spice flavor...but it was my only option, so, I used it.
It’s not all that bad, but it just comes out a bit dull or flat (if that makes any sense). I’ve got some cinnamon at my disposal to help, but worry that it’s gonna take over the flavor profile and I have hazelnut which I’m not sure has any place in a pumpkin pie recipe, the same as I have Gingerbread I could add, but not sure how that would fit in with the rest.
Just wondering if this is something worth trying to salvage or is they key ingredient being Pumpkin Bread going to kill it no matter how I try to jazz it up?

Find one or two recipes you wanna mix, that you know you have the flavors for. Stand at the doorway of the room, telling yourself, "I got this", puff up your chest and go straight in.Ok so as I've said 100 times, I haven't been mixing. But now I want to try to start mixing again but everytime I go in my mixing room I get completely overwhelmed by how many flavors I have. Haha any tips to get back into mixing slowly..

My flavors aren't organized unfortunately, I have been mixing recipes that other people have made, but this is more about getting back into mixing my own NEW recipes. Thanks for the encouragement though and that may well be, just what I need.Find one or two recipes you wanna mix, that you know you have the flavors for. Are you flavors organized? It can easily be overwhelming if you have to search and search for them, especially if you have a ton of them to go through.
You got this.
Yay! Or you could post your stash and let us steer you!Find one or two recipes you wanna mix, that you know you have the flavors for. Stand at the doorway of the room, telling yourself, "I got this", puff up your chest and go straight in.

Maybe set a profile you wanna go for. Peruse Pinterest and look at pretty pictures of desserts(that’s what I do!). Start simple. Don’t think you need 10 flavors to get where you wanna go.Ok so as I've said 100 times, I haven't been mixing. Imma workin on it!I can alleviate you of this problem completely ... I'll send you my shipping address.
Seriously though, not much I can offer over the great advice already given. I usually start by picking a profile that appeals to me before I even look at flavors then I start mulling over what elements would be needed to make it taste appropriately. That is if I'm not trying out someone else's recipe where I already know what flavors are necessary ... there are plenty of great recipes right here on VU, in fact, in this thread even. If we could just get @wildgypsy70 to motivate the hamster, the thread compilation would be a great asset! ( only teasin' )

Same here. I'm a little played out on rich and creamy stuff. I need more bright fruitiness in my life . The only one I've been vaping a lot of is Fiestas & Fiascos. It's a weird grapefruity recipe. Good stuff tho.I want something sweet and fruity. Hmm

I got two requests for Mustard Milk. Some people just love that stuff. I'm doing two 120's of that and a 120 of Fiascos. But I'd like to make another fruity something..
I went with chocolate covered strawberries. Blue razz sour patch usually scratches this itch for me but I was vaping that a few days ago and wanted something different. All joking aside, I had the same itch a week or two ago and some Tiger’s Blood did a good job of scratching that itch for me.

I like Vape Trains chocolates. The Choc Milk and Choc Mousse are both great. I haven't tried to do anything with them yet. But solo they taste great.I’m still on a hunt for finding a chocolate that doesn’t taste like horse shit...which flavor (or combination of flavors) do you use to come out with a good chocolate flavor?

Vape Train chocolates(mousse, custard, milk)are pretty damn good. HS Australian Chocolate is also a good one. LB Lava Cake is chocolate syrup down low and chocolate cake up high. I love FLV Chocolate Deutch, but it has a coconut note that can be hidden with some effort.I’m still on a hunt for finding a chocolate that doesn’t taste like horse shit...which flavor (or combination of flavors) do you use to come out with a good chocolate flavor?

Thanks for sharing! I just made the Captain Crunch recipe by Mr. Burgundy & the other famous guy I forgot the name of lol! This is one of my all time favorites. I put in 1% of Sugar Daddy and this rocks my world every time.

Thanks for that info. I had that flavor in my black Friday cart but was too busy to order (work). I checked BSF and they don't have. I suppose I'll have to wait for a xmas code.So I have discovered INW Shortbread. Wow. Buttery and wonderful. Like FA Cookie and FA Donkey Butter had a baby. I just remixed Honeycomb Custard and Cookies with the Shortbread sub.......damn, that’s good! I can’t wait to taste it with a steep. Went with 1.5%, the rest stayed the same. Purchased at DIYVS. Worth every penny.

I'm a little confused. Does this help?If you.mix with PG based 3mg nic and add a concentrate @15% and mixed 65/35 what do you get for a nicotine level?
I used to mic VG based nic but it was 70/30-80/20. I realize my nicotine will now be lower than it was, but I'm curious as to how much.
Thanks in advance!

I have been looking for profiles of lemon tart out in cyber land. I did come across a few mentioning that Inw lemon cake may be the hidden gem. However, to use it by drops, etc. I have the flavor but I'm still researching its profile. Here’s a challenge for everyone. I love Dinner Lady Lemon Tart & have tried many clones, nothing comes close. Someone with a good nose may pick up on the flavors. All my nose said was smells great , then nothing lol!

This recipe has great feedback, but it appears that there's a flavor on there that's hard or impossible to find in the US. FA Custard Pi 3.14? It's an FA blended flavor?
I'm missing too many flavors to start on this one, but have never had DL LT, so I wouldn't know if it's a good clone or not.
