I can promise you, @Flavorah is just as good, if not better with keto. I add less than I have to with OoO or any other flavor company out there. and that saying again is.. less is more.. less might be better for me.. or maybe not you!
hmm... I joined up at the same time.. think does my badge need adjusting?
Oh hey Smoky.. you have your coffee now

hi
@Smoky Blue
Your Flavorah recipes are inspiring. I haven't been able to try any of them note-for-note yet.
I do have 15+ flv flavors but my luck hasn't run in correspondence to the all-flv recipes I've seen so far.
I love "Smoky's Shamrock Shake" from a couple years ago, 2017. People may forget that older recipes can be awesome too:
Smoky's SHAMROCK SHAKE
5% tfa bavarian cream [2%]
5% tfa MALTED MILK [ 1%]
4% tfa vanilla swirl [2%]
2% tfa sweet cream [1%]
2% tfa white chocolate [1%]
1% LA vanilla butter nut
1% FLV creme de menthe
1% menthol [I omitted, but obv use to taste!]
It seems that the trend is to use less flavoring overall--esp. where tfa and capella and flavor west are concerned. I'm cool with that and can say from experience w/ this lovely recipe (and my own tastebuds) that cutting back if you feel more comfortable with that will still give you a genius blend. I stuck my % in [ ] after the names on the OG recipe.
By the by, Smoky, does Flavorah have a statement to the effect that there are no sugars in any of their flavors? Or perhaps a statement of clarification about which ones do, if any?
This would be of interest not only to people interested in using them for keto diet purposes, but also, of course, for those who don't want to vape sugars of any kind.
(We all know Flavor West has flavors with sugar in them and how that company has been less than fully forthcoming in past about flavor ingredients. Off the top of my head, FW flavors with sugar include: Cinnamon Churro, Tres Leches, Yellow Cake. There may be a few more. (Cake Batter Dip? Don't quote me on that one.. not 100% sure). )
Any info Flavorah has on sugar (I mean like, dextrose, etc - not sugar alcohol compounds like PG and whatever) in their flavors would surely be appreciated here!
