I'm sure we will still be able to, but everything has to be approved by FDA. Which means the same tax rate as tobacco....lots of money we will be spending, and it will be going to our enemy....big tobacco....

I figure I have about 20 RDA's, 4 regulated mods, 2 noisy crickets, a couple RTA's, and 5 mech mods. I guess I'm set seeing as they can't ban us from buying cotton, wire, VG, PG, flavoring, batteries, and small electronics parts. Just a PITA to get a hold of nicotine, I'll bet.

Nevermind the fact that it's completely ridiculous to classify vape gear and juice with cigarettes. I can't wait until all these old white guys in office die so someone with some goddam sense can get in there. Greedy bastards.

It has to get overturned or revoked somehow. It's a totally unrealistic association. Just because it produces "smoke" but is actually vapor shouldn't mean that tobacco and vape get categorized together. That's like saying water and vodka are the same because they are both liquids.

With the way things in the US are headed, I would be shocked if it was overturned. That would have to mean the general public gave enough of s shit to learn about vaping, let alone the politicians giving up the cash from BT lining their pockets.

I mean, Trump is a viable candidate now. That says it all about the state of our country.

The deeming will not be enacted for 90 days from when the document is signed in. Then, they are allowing 36 months for compliance ASSUMING there are no challenges or alteration (HR2058). We got a while before this becomes a problem. Further, when enacted this will only affect what is available for sale then. They are not coming for what we already have. Now is the time for a thought out peaceful response. It is not the time to panic. -a source of mine says-

So everything on the market now will remain unchanged for atleast 36months?
