If you have the patience you can work those scratches out with micro mesh pads... start with 1500grit and work your way up
Or
Plastic polish and go about it with a microfiber cloth

I tried that on an Armageddon door, did not go well for me. Scorched the hell outta it.

I was a lab tech for Lenscrafters many moons ago and tried many methods for working scratches out of peoples plastic lenses.
@~Don~ is on the right track The only way that really worked well, was to use a bit of fine polishing solution from the machines we used to polish lenses after we'd cut the prescription curves into them, and a piece of the pad that machine used, and do it by hand.
