Mine showed up yesterday, in black. I haven't tried the RTA yet, but am quite enjoying the feel of the mod, I have a Zeus sitting on it. If you try out the tank before I do, let me know what you think.
The one's I like the most are all single hole bottom air. Anything else I don't have anymore, including the Ammit MTL which is very similar. We'll see....
Yeah, I used to be into tight MTL, but my AF preference has changed a bit. I still draw kind of the same way, not much of a lung hitter, at all, but I do still like that this came with the RTA instead. AF does look really tight on this one. I mainly wanted the mod when I entered the contest. Still a bit stunned that I won! I also like that this one will last longer than the 1st one they released.

Sahara RDA from contest win. I am very surprised. I totally thought it would suck. It’s not the easiest to build but not bad. Just very odd and not conventional at all. Thought the flavor would a suck but it’s actually damn good. Very happy with this product.

Finally bought a Merlin Mini RTA. It arrived yesterday. @The Cromwell is the Mini the one you use?
I put a 0.7 ohm fused Clapton in it, 28x2/38 n80, on the single-coil deck. Flavor is a little subdued at 30w, I'm hoping I can tune it in a bit.
The Merlin is "airier" than I expected - had to very nearly close the airflow to get better flavor out of it. No leaking at all, though.

How ya loving the flavor of the Gear? I don’t have one as I’m not that big into RTAs but all the reviewers have been gushing about the flavor on it.
I think there’s a airflow reducer in the spare bag iirc.
