I did take the survey yesterday already, after I received an email from CASAA. A few hours later, I received another email, that people have reported not being able to take the survey. Turned out they had more people trying to take the survey than expected, over crowding the server(s). They did some tuning, in order to be able to handle bigger numbers of people taking the survey. However, there might still be some glitches. Therefore, if it doesn't work, try again later.

It wouldn't accept 60ml as an answer to what size bottle do you regularly buy! I tried a dozen different ways to type in 60ml, 60Ml, 60ML, 60 ml, 60-ml, 60 milliliters, 60 millilitres, 60 Milliliters, etc...

it wouldn't take "60 MOTHA-FUCKIN' MILLILITERS DAMMIT!" either...
It did, however, accept 666ml. Hey, I tried to be as honest as possible...
A couple other questions could have had a few other answer options, but eh, good enough.
