Most likely a function of where you are. Here in south Texas, about 3 hours from the coast, a hurricane brings much needed rain. When I lived in Dallas, one time I was on my way home late at night when a light snow began to fall. By morning, the world was one big white ice skating rink, and I was almost out of TP, almost out of food (half a head of lettuce in the fridge). I didn't even have a coat. I began walking to the corner store for supplies. Out the door and onto the sidewalk, I began sliding around on the ice, so I continued on by walking on the yards, where it was less icy and more squishy. At the end of the first block I was deathly afraid to step off the curb onto the ice to cross to the next block, so I sat down on the curb, then stood up on the ice to continue. On my way home there were people laughing and pointing, "look, here she comes again". When I finally got home with my tortillas, canned beans and pack of TP, I felt glad to still be alive.
So for me, the ice storm is the more dangerous.
No. Think what you will, but I hate practical jokes, hate the pinching thing on St. Patricks day, hate buzzers and plastic vomit. Won't play "pull my finger".

Do or don't you think that animals should be living in zoos?
Went to the zoo, oh about 10 or so yrs ago. Saw a coyote in its cage just pacing back and forth, felt sorry for the animal. I'll never go back.

Most Zoos aren’t displaying for profit, but conservation of the species.
With how damaging the viral load humans are on wildlife, any offset humans can make is a good thing.

Great wealth cannot bring true happiness, so I'd go with living til 75. I've been poor my entire life, and managed to find happiness in ways that rich folks would never understand.

No zoos for animals, and leave their habitat intact rather than wholesale destroying it to build homes while so many empty homes exist already. Urban in-fill.

I'd rather play pool, but not where people get drunk. It's just a bad scene. I used to be wicked good at pool, but then haven't played in decades because of fights at pool halls.

Hah! Where I live, comfortable is the trend. Nobody dresses to the nines for anything within about a 4 county radius.

Rarely ever snows where I live. Mowing grass lasts about 2 months before the heat turns the grass brown and it quits growing.

Hey Jimi, I planted eight little thyme starter plants last week. I put down a couple of bags of oyster shell chicken scratch to re-alkalize the soil, because I felt that my cat deterrents (the orange peel, coffee grounds, bamboo skewers, garlic cloves) might have made the soil too acid. Some of the garlic put down roots and sprouted, so I guess we'll have fresh garlic here at my building too, in due time.
In May I'll dust everything with cayenne pepper again, another cat deterrent, but you have to wait at least three months between applications or the cats will get used to it and it stops working.

There is only one breed of cat I'd want again. I miss Monster, my American Bobtail. Otherwise, I'd get another puppy.

Going Out, but stay home ALOT. Duke (doggie) needs help he is old and needs help getting up (at times he will get up on his own) and don't want messes (BIG messes) to clean up every time I get home. Can only be out for up to two hrs, if that. He lays on Piddal Pads and have to change them out quite often
I've had to go help him up after taking a poo and clean him up, which isn't easy to do by myself 'cause he can't stand too long
. Doing that right before going to bed or in the middle of the night sucks ! But, I will do it and enjoy the rest of the time he has left here. Go bar/club hopping or stay at one until ready to go home?
