Strobe flashes in lower floor don't match gun shot sounds in this video either. Window appears intact. About 4;50 in.

A strobe occurred to me also, but if you replay the (poor quality) video again you may note the flashes almost sync with the sound,
remember light moves a bit faster than sound.
Windows don't have to be broken they can be opened a bit for fresh air...

Same flashes from same window in the video I posted. Most youtubers are using both videos now for their "second shooter" videos.
When there is no sound(after the shots end), the flashes continue in the video I posted. Also, I can see lights in other windows that stay on steady in the same spot. Presumably they are the same light in other rooms that work properly(don't flash).
The hotel does not have windows that open for a bit of fresh air. Or so I'm told, I've never stayed there or don't remember if I did. That's why he used a hammer to break them.

Yeah, I caught the report of a second gunman. But people are weird. Most people laid on the ground when the shots were coming from above. I don't put much stock in scared people reporting a flashing light as a shooter. People see and hear and say strange stuff when their scared. I have no doubt someone, maybe even an officer, saw the flashing light and thought it was a second shooter and reported it. It doesn't mean it actually was a shooter.
I can't get past the window not being broken for it to be a shooter. Most likely a bad light that didn't get video'd before or after the shooting cuz why the hell would anyone video before or after?
