Yep, I've been saying that since the get-go. ETH302 had a 29 year old PIC and the so-called co-pilot had a grand total of 200 hours logged. Sure, the MCAS system is flawed, but the pilots should have been able to recognize the malfunction, flip two switches to turn it off, and hand-fly the dang plane.
