I order from liberty flights like 2 years ago. 10 or so drip tips The pkg was showing at Cali usps( not sure if LA) and never changed. I called my usps after like 2 weeks. They said they never recieved it. I called LF they sent new order. End of story. Um no a lil over a year later what's in my mailbox The original order with sorry mishandled at buffalo usps. So much for them never getting it.
Damn that is crazy.

Lol had a similar issue with Usps no note on it however, I ordered some power banks from eBay they never showed, tracking showed that they were in a sort facility never updated waited over a month never moved. I ended up getting a refund from the seller. 8 or 9 months later in my mailbox I was like WTF. tried contacting seller ,but they were no longer registered on ebay.

IPV LI... I'm thinking there is more than LI, it looks cut off. If this is all true, I wonder what the angle will be. Higher wattage and TC I guess, but they would be odd making the 3 superior to the 4. Maybe an SX-350 j in it? I'm definitely intrigued. On the bottom left of the pics, a lip is there on that sides cover. I presume that's where the magnetic door is.

Pretty sure it won't have temp control, it's just a raw power box.

It will have temp control and super high wattage 165 out the gate and upgradable to 200 watts. don't know what the joules will be on it yet hoping for more joules though.

It makes no sense for them to retrofit the IPV3 with temp control.

But then again it's P4U, and it's China, I guess.

P4U seems to like back tracking with their releases. They did that with ipv mini also.

(sort of off topic for this thread but i will chime in).... RE: ipv3-LI version.... Maybe they had thousands of left over empty ipv3 box shells and thought... hey why not. TC seems to be popular. What is odd is that YiHi hasnt said anything about this new TC chip that it tis supposed to be using.

I think it's the same yihi chip in the ipv4 just upgraded to 165w. Hopefully they make the upgrade for the ipv4

I think I have a simple way of explaining how yihi and evolv do temp limiting. Yihi throws full wattage at the coil and pulses it like quickly flicking your finger at a flame to maintain a desired temp. ( which seems to make more vaopr since power not heat makes vapor. Evolv throws all its got which is less then yihi and backs away to maintain temp so your losing power so in turn lose vapor. Example throwing your finger into the flame then maintaining proper space to keep it at the same temp.

I've seen this axiom a lot, but, so far, I've been unable to find anyone that can explain the physics of why it's true. I'm hoping you can help.

You know it seems to me that the coils have to get hot to vaporize the juice, the more the power the hotter the Vape. I guess I'm trying to say you can't have one without the other, simple really :)

Yes, that's the way I see it as well. I understand the mechanics behind the chain of events where electrons flowing against a resistance produces heat which in turn vaporizes the e-liquid and power is just a measure of that flow over time. What I don't understand is the justification for the nearly ubiquitous claim that it is power not heat that produces vapor. What is the reasoning for such a statement?

The coil starts to cool and you need power to keep it up to make more vapor

Easiest way to say it.the coil cools when juice hut it and you need the power to vaporize more juice. Try this set your temp to 400 and low watts and see the vapor then try 400 with 40watts you'll notice lots more.vapor you.just need to have wicking that can keep up

Thanks, dre. I watched the video again and Brandon more or less just states it. He doesn't explain it at all. I assume I'm ignorant of some facts. I readily confess my ignorance on a wide range of matters, but that isn't necessarily indicative of an inability to comprehend facts if they are presented in a comprehensible manner. What I seen in the video looked like an attempt to gloss over it, for the sake of expedience, in order to avoid getting too far off into the weeds, but I'm open to correction if somebody would be so kind as to point out my misunderstandings. If it true that it's power and not temperature that produces vapor then I'd like to know how and why. It seems kind of important.

Simplest way is once you reach say 400° once the juice is vaporized the coil cools and cant make more vapor with out more power. So 10w will make less vape then say 20w since your able to vaporize more juice at said temp. Evolve drops power which in turn makes less vapor. Yihi pulses the same wattage more or less frequently to maintain temp so in turn makes more vapor. I have both devices and can say yihi is much better if you want clouds with temp limiting.

Wow Gear Best are so inept im kinda speechless. Just got this reply from them to muddy my water more-

Please login the website to check your order carefully, you indeed ordered two balck items. this item 122161701 is shipped out already. the link is: http://www.gearbest.com/electronic-cigarettes/pp_165582.html

The other item 122777202 is on the back order, you can put this sku number in the gearbest website to know it, personally , if you want to exchange this item, please call our customer service firstly, as it is the fast way to do that. of course, you can reply me ASAP for i did not receive it before dispatched.

Thanks for your kindly understanding and patience.

ooooo so ive order 2 have i? errrrr no ive ordered one which hasnt been sent at all yet but hey thats ok as ive got my silica BLACK coupor Mini cover winging its way to me as we speak. I see now whats happened. I never ever got an email to say that my IPV4 was on its way the email was for the cloupor mini case wasnt it? Why are they bothering sending me that? Why do they think it's in anyway compensation at all? I told them 6 messages ago not to bother sending me it and i'll just have to wait. What can their reasoning be? Who could even have suggested sending folks cloupor mini silica cases? Again im left speechless (I might send them the cloupor mini case back and ask for a refund for it as it doesnt fit the cloupor mini that i dont have. confuse them a bit)

Yeah they are about useless. In the beginning it was silver and black. I ordered black now they change it, and act like no one knows. Ooh u orda silver and black. No dumbass I ordered black. Its whatever, but I wish there was a way I could screw them over. Falsifying documents maybe? Since the invoice says parts filter for $22.00. I'll never deal wit them again thats for sure.

Okay, thanks. I think I get it. So they are only saying that specifically in regard to the settings on a device; not in the more generic sense I was taking it. Now it makes sense. I can be a little thick sometimes.

All their orders say that. I got the Heatvape I ordered from them today and that same thing is plastered on the outside. Seems that our customs let just about anything in to the country lol.

Gift is something I've seen filled out on out of country stuff in the past. Juice I've had labeled as flavorings. Just saving a buck with customs.

I had my black ipv4 in my hands last night man was it beautiful... Then I woke up
Maybe I'm in the minority, but I prefer the two toned silver. They did fuck up the screen, though. My previous statement of it being no worse than other iPV's I must retract. It's truly unreadable outside. iPV3 and Mini 2 are bad, the 4 is practically un useable. I don't want to take it apart, so I'm gonna deal with it.

Its such a easy fix just a pencil eraser and some tape. If you were in nj I'd do it for you.

I'm sure it's simple, I just tend not to mess with stuff, I'm good at making cosmetic things worse, lol. And thanks, but CO to NJ is a trek for some erasing ;)

Just read a post at that other place that said he was told the black would start shipping on the 22nd. No idea where the info came from.. I think the black looks better which is why I decided to continue waiting. Also hoping I don't have to deal with the screen issue no matter how easy to fix.

Got my IPV4 today, ordered late Monday night, so it shipped and arrived quick. Very nice mod. One thing I am disappointed about already though is that the minimum watts in power mode is 10 watts, not the 7 watts that is advertised. I passed on getting a God 180 for that very reason, I wanted something that dropped to at least 7, as I often use my Nautilus Mini's at 7.5 to 8 watts to extend battery life and conserve juice. Not a deal killer and I can live with it but I'm disappointed they advertise 7 watts as the minimum. I'm surprised in all the things I've read about the IPV4 that I haven't seen this mentioned. Perhaps a future firmware update will address this. Otherwise, very nice mod. I have not tried the temp control yet, need to order some nickel wire tonight.

I'm surprised to hear a 10 watt minimum as well. The IPV3 does 7 and my Sigelei is the one that only does 10.

Wake and Vape came through and the ipv4 was delivered today and is currently in my hand. Feels different but I will get used to it. I am used to the SXM and the dna40 but so far I am liking what I am seeing. I noticed that the warranty card said 3mths instead of the 6mth that the ipv3 had? So I think I am going to be rough with it to see how well it holds up. My first impressions are a great 66 dollar value box and I will have to play with it more today.

That pic was just me flipping it around but I find either way to be fine though.

I see what everyone is talking about with the screen though.
If it does bother you unscrew the hex screws or whatever they are and take the mirror screen out. Then measure where the screen is and use a pencil eraser vigorously until you can see through it. Use something dark underneath so you can gauge if your erasing is working. It definitely works thanks to those who posted in here previously stating this method. Thanks @dre

Awesome you finally got one! Hope you're liking it, while at home it's basically all I've used and in TC mode since I got it.

Also, I will double check, but mine from the same vendor has a 6 month Asmodus card just like my iPV3 and Mini 2. You might want to look into that. Sigelei is 3 months, maybe they threw one of their cards in? Or, maybe they're dropping to 3 months for future units.
