Didn't make them yet waiting for halftime to make them and fry them before I put them in the sauce.

So the Meatballs are all made and just waiting for the sauce to cook a little more before I put them in the sauce. I used some fresh finely chopped onion in the meatballs this time wanted them a little more tasty although I usually make a Spicy Meataball~!

Making Rotini Pasta for tonight's dinner so will enjoy a lot of this sauce. Half Garden and half a can but still came out really nice. I always hear it tastes like Mom or Momma used to make. So I paid attention when I was a younger. Wsh I could make Grandmas Fresh Semolina Pasta. I never tried but I bet I still remember.

Jovial makes some Einkorn pasta that is made in Italy. It’s pretty good. I use it instead of regular pasta. High protein, lower gluten.

Be careful! They don’t perish for like months! I heard they give you the massive shits when they don’t cook them properly or dispose of them when the time is done

i am betting around here they sell them, so they don't sit around. but i have never had a problem with them. and about anything can make you sick if there is something not right with it.
and at least these have a lid on them, unlike most everything else they have.
when going out to eat, we take that chance evry time.

A freezer... but what I’m trying to tell you is, they don’t perish for months at a time. My subway would wait til the very last day and use them up. The ones that didn’t get sold that day would go in the fridge and be put out again and again and again. Until they were all sold.

Yeah, I ended up laying back down for an hour. I was wide awake but figured I’d get some extra shut eye. Which I shouldn’t have cuz then when I woke up I felt sleepy lol
I always take a nap with the little one in the midday. I need it after all the running around he does lol! I wake up refreshed after a good nap!
I read somewhere that if you nap for longer than 45 minutes to an hour, you’ll feel more tired. Pretty true for me.
I’m like not wanting to be awake yet, but I am.
Still have to make coffee, though. I got like a few hours sleep, I should’ve just not gotten up!
