Any atomizer "should" work.Anyone have a problem with mod saying "atomizer short or low" and device to hot?? I'm wondering if it's my atomizer or the mod. What's the best atomizer for this mod?
Any atomizer "should" work.
What is the build on it?
It could be a bad build, or it could be a bad chip, need more information to even begin to make an informed guess. A pure guess without any further information would be that your build ohms are below the chip spec, but that is purely a guess.
What atomizer are you using on the mod? Are you building your own coils or using store bought coils (heads you screw into the atomizer)? Do you have either a second mod or atomizer so you can try and eliminate either the mod or atomizer as the problem?
Cheers,
Steve
I could be wrong, but I'm almost positive I'm right. I have one of these, and it has the same 510 connection/spring as the rx200- meaning it's shoddy. It works great until you put an atomizer with too long of a 510 connection on and it ends with the same results as a rx200.
Sounds like the 510 pin on the atomizer is longer than your mod is capable of handling. I wonder if your subtank's pin is just a hair longer than your wife's?I use the kanger subtank mini with SSOCC REPLACEMENT COILS. I put my wife's same tank on and it fired. Mine works but have to watch the ohms to not screw it in to far

A nylon washer, o-ring, or something like making a spacer out of a old credit card might help so the 510 pin isn't screwed into the mod too far.
