Note to self: never ever do business with this guy. He doesn't give a shit whether or not someone has personal issues that may cause a shipment to be delayed.

Even if someone got ran over by a train and had no legs to walk down to the PO they can still ask a friend to take $5 to usps and drop it in the mail.

There's no good excuse to delay shipping 3 weeks.

fq06: Thank you. That's what I've been saying all along. There was no possible legitimate excuse. I included extra money in my payment in advance which covered over half the postage, and the email I sent him not only was a way to communicate, I included my phone number. All I got was a BS message that it had been sent. Later when I inquired, he said he had messed-up (not his words) my address, and it had been returned to him, but not to worry, he had already re-sent it. Right. I finally got it two weeks later.
