This is a .gif file, but as soon as the VU logo is attached, all animation ceases. Do I have to use another method to get these on here?

That'll still put the VU logo on. To get an image without it, like an animated GIF, you have to use a URL.

But I don't go to web sites for my pix. Everything I post here comes off my hard drive. When I tell it to upload, it shows the gif in action, but once I tell it to post and VU overlays the logo, the animation quits.Use a URL... not a drag n drop.

OK, that was drag and drop and the file size is 33k.
No animation. Could it be because I use Firefox?
Because the forum picture host does not allow GIF's, just photo's, Mine are either hosted on photo bucket or copy paste from safe websitesBut I don't go to web sites for my pix.
