Me too, but in my mind they finally gave the poor pup at least one fry!!!
I hope so! If not, they deserve their shoe chewed on, LOL. Or at least a happy dog treat.

Led to a lot of over breeding out of greed and to a lot a people taking dogs they had no intention or ability to take care of.
My first Dalmatian was an award winning a pure bred son of champions.
My second Dalmatian came from an animal shelter after being abandoned, was around 2/3 of a size a dalmatian should be, was all skin and bones and had abandonment issues. Ended up being a real sweetheart.

Maybe someone will be able to help me. My half wolf half Siberian husky has really dry skin, worst it has been for 5 years. I've been giving him zinc and 100% pumpkin with canned food, it has helped a little but he still needs something. It is not mange, he is not loosing hair. Does anyone have any suggestions? O' when giving him a bath, he acts like he is dying, lol

My best advice would be to consult a vet if you're able. Barring that there are different supplements you can add to their diet to help along with special shampoos. Don't quote me on this but if I remember right the Omega-3's derived from fish oils are very good for skin support. Mineral oil is another that can be used but again I would only do so if someone smarter than I who knew my pets history gave me the go ahead to do so. There's also a lot of medicated shampoos/wipes out there that would be a good place to start looking. Best of luck with your pup, Marley is a very itchy little girl and it's a constant battle to keep her happy and comfortable.

Start by cutting his baths back, that will dry him out even more then normal. My next suggestion would be to get some fish in his diet or go with a completely raw diet of mostly meat and fish. The "barf" diet did wonders for a dobie that I rescued years ago, she was like a completely different dog after the first few weeks and to be honest it was a touch cheaper then the premium food I had her on. Damn I miss her.

My groomer uses an oatmeal bath on one of mine that has serious dry skin, every 6 weeks he gets this and she makes him soak for a bit with the lather on because it's specifically for those issues, it helps a lot, I feed a dog food with salmon in it as well.
