Last night I decided to give a Geekvape Eagle RTA another try. Has anyone tried this tank?
The first time I used it, I thought it was going to be ok, and then it leaked, like a lot. I got pissed, shut the juice flow off, and threw it over there on the table.
Last night I picked it back up with about 1/3 of the tank of juice still in it. Managed to vape most of the rest of it without any leaking. Shut off the juice control and refilled it to the base of the chimney. Continued to vape with no problem last night and again today.
The coil (a single coil, Clapton, don't know what metal, came with the tank) is reading 0.22 ohms, and I have the thing at 42 watts. It produces the lushest vapor I've ever experienced from an RTA. If I had some decent lung capacity, I could fog up my living room, should I want to do such a thing.
Those of you who don't mind old-school and having to hand-hold a little bit, if you see one of these for cheap, you might want to try it.
Initially I think I may have over-filled it. If it leaks any more, I'm going to put new wick in it. Saw a YT video that says rewicking helps.

I think a lot of leaking problems can be because of the wicking, and if you get the wicking just right and hold your mouth right and the gods are in a good mood, it's possible to fix leaking. After they sit a while, I guess the wick absorbs so much that it plumps up -- my Berserker leaks like a sieve everytime I try to use it, but it's been sitting about half-full for probably a year now, not leaking out the rest of what's in there. I wouldn't dare try to vape juice that old though, gag.

now, thanx to g, I should have it Friday or Saturday.
That's a hard feat sometimes. I usually wait until I'm going to use whatever mod. But they're all juiced bottle filled and just have to switch cotton. Weird taste from a grab and go. Lol

Deep cleaned my old OG brass Goon (it had been tasting brassy) and now it's taste is clean as a whistle
Also soaking some squonk bottles that were showing some discoloration in Everclear

That's ambition.
All I could do was vape, charge a battery or two. Been keeping my ADV Mod cleaned up well. My brass bomber keeps "greening" out to a dull unpolished brass tone. At times I think "go get some toothpaste, nylons and polish this up", then I recall polishing the brass in the Capn's house at GLRTC & lose motivation to fool with it. Kind of my tellin' the Capn GFY I reckon. Go Navy! "You better have that bright-work all polished up. If you don't you are Wrrrrrrrrong!" *chuckles* "hey yeah, so I'm wrong." I still squish worms on rainy days for fear of them eating boats. *smh*

B2K came in the mail yesterday, so last night I made a coil and got it going. Staged coil (of course, I use them in almost all of my RDAs now), 3.5mm SS, 26/36 Clapton and 26 AWG round, 0.35 ohms, wicked with rayon. Put the stainless cap and clear 810 dt and ring on it, and put it on my purple Cut, doused with Cinnaflakes. Vapes GREAT!
Tried to use the ultem cap from the B2K set on my 187 deck, got it on there and very nearly didn't get it back off again. Had to take a knife blade and use it to pry the cap off. After that, put the Trinity cap back on it. Not going through that every time.
Today I need to put new coils and wicking in the Fireluke. It's been a while. I'm not looking forward to it, but it needs to be done while I have the tank almost empty.

Been going back and forth with myself about ordering some samples from the sauce la which I keep reading about here in another thread, not to mention it's a hell of a deal to try them, and ordering some small bottles from vaping watch. I don't recall reading any comments about the tmaxx juices so I'm a bit hesitant at this point.

I ordered the samples from the Sauce LA. Damn good deal, under $7 bucks with shipping for 90 ml of juice. Every company should do this to build their customer base. My plan is to have several "go to juices" for my adv's.

I still vape radical outfits, but sometimes during work I need a small outfit that fits in my small side pockets...... Something that's not visible and stealthy and these small ones are perfect.......

Good to hear that about the TMaxx juices, I'll give them a try at some point. Have you guys considered doing a sample pack like the Sauce LA does? Personally, I think it's a great idea to get more customers to try different companies juices inexpensively. Regarding the flavors I ordered from the Sauce LA, they are sending what they say are their best sellers, Capone, Carmel Waffle Cappuccino, and Open Road. There wasn't an option to select other flavors or I would have ordered Get Your Kicks as I'm on the hunt for a great bubble gum flavored juice.
