Well I took it back to the smaller glass. I really hate bubble glass, made adjusting the AF just too stupid. While I was at it, I swapped out the o-rings. They're just crap. I'll have to look around and see what's in my coiling stuff, I keep a lot of spares in there. These are CRAP. And yes, some leaking. Maybe the o-rings, maybe being a bottom AF, but most RTAs don't give me fits like this one has in less that 24 hours. The AF ring is kinda weird. I don't know what kind of material this is on there, but when you take a paper towel or tissue to it, it leaves a lot of dust. Oh, you know how you have to close the AF when you top fill, then you have to turn it upside down, open the AF, close it again, flip it back over, then open it again? Yeah, I hate that, LOL. No separate JF. When did that stop? I've gotten so set it my ways... OG Zeus and I'm happy, so I predict going back to that one today.
Coil is SS, 26g, just a simple round wire. With this smaller glass on it, figured it was the smarter choice, as the only other SS I have is triple core fused clapton. It's a juice hog even with round wire.
Sucks, man. I love the color, I love the look of it, flavor is definitely good. Glad I didn't pay very much for it. Was under $20 at Sourcemore. Boooo.

Very nice but too much dusting type of maintenance for me.I cut, sanded, stained, and varnished new shelves to expand my corner shelf for the new additions to my collection. Once the rest of my Xmas sale orders get here I will have to add a few more shelves, which are already finished and ready to be hung.

Gee Andria, dealing with idiots & stupid these days would be a full time job. They are multiplying at an exponential rate these days. Yes, unfortunately. One of the o-rings was completely stuck to the tank, the other one twisted all up, swapped them out, but the spares are really thin. Having better success with the smaller glass, haven' had any major issues since I swapped it back, just have to get used to "burping" the airflow again, LOL. Aside from that, which I know sounds like a lot, Super easy to build, really good flavor. I was very frustrated with this tank for a big chunk of yesterday, and early today.
I have it, just got here last week. Haven't tried it yet because I don't have enough bottles to transfer it to just yet, and I didn't want to open it til then. One of the other moderators lives near them, has the luxury of local pick up. He's been telling me about them for years, but this will be my first experience trying it. Vaperstek no longer carries the throat hit nic, so the last one I got from them is the last I'll be able to get of it. As much as I'd like to still throw my business her way, twice the price for premium doesn't fit my budget right now. Really good nic, no doubt.

That sucks. Usually unless there's a flaw like the kylin tanks or whatever where the pressfit deck was screwed from the factory, leaks are generally due to wicking. Not all rta's require that whole flip and burp thing, wasn't that the deal with an older rta like the boreas? Some are a pain in the ass by design, poorly designed. I liked the flavor off the ammit rta (original not 25 or dual or mtl). But those tiny ass holes in the deck of what looked like large juice ports made wick placement a royal pain. Also the tank wanting to separate in the middle when trying to remove the top cap to fill, then the glass would separate, any remaining juice would piss all over. The Steam Crave Aromamizer V1.5 & Plus still have juice flow control
I liked the ammit for flavor and nice clean build deck. Just so many quirks. Overlooking having to cut the leads super short since the posts are all but butted against the inner chamber (shorts/arcing). That fill cap just fought the shit out of me. If I screwed it down completely, it got stuck. Smooth cap so hard to grip, came apart in the middle.
