Anyone know what the nut is in TFA's Banana Nut bread? Walnut, perhaps? Is there added cinnamon or other spice? How about caramel--does anyone taste that in there?
What do you mean it doesn't "keep"?Not sure. I mix it with vanilla bean. Pretty decent, except I noticed that it doesn't keep for long.

I heard that too, but havent found any evidence or testing to support that claim.Aint vanilla extracts bad?

I've noticed if i let it sit for a month or 2, it doesn't taste as good as if I had used it 2 weeks after mixingWhat do you mean it doesn't "keep"?

I've been trying it at different strengths, and can't seem to get a decent taste out of it. What percentage of flavor are you guys using?
I loathe that fake banana flavor--the candied one. It reminds me of the stuff I used to use to lubricate my bicycle chain when I was a kid. For this reason, I never use Banana Ripe. FA banana is a great flavor, but it's so faint and easily overwhelmed, you have to be really careful what you mix it with. Banana Cream (tfa) is totally different. I'm still experimenting, but I've used it successfully to up the banana-quotient in recipes with BNB. Also, some kind of caramel + cinnamon goes well into the mix to give the impression of banana bread. All these are tfa except where noted otherwise. I leave this at least a few days before vaping it. It's good. Definitely banana.
