My question is quite simple and my internet searches for this question have come up empty.
My understanding is that in order to get Nicotine base I would have to find, and physically go to a retail store that sells it, is that correct?
Secondly, if there are exceptions to my assumption above, what are they?
This law is so asinine that I wish ALL (or the majority) of the online retailers would have just ignored the draconian law and kept selling/shipping to retail customers. As you all know, it was passed in the most deceitful manner and really pisses me off.
Does anyone know of any online retailers that can/will still sell and ship nicotine base directly to retail customers (nic salts preferable but free base will do)?
Luckily I made a large purchase of nicotine when Nicotine River was running a sale a couple of months before the law was even passed, so I'm good for awhile but will eventually run out, and I'll be damned paying $10-30 for a bottle of ejuice I can make for $1. DIY juice tastes so much better too, so I NEED to find a solution!
Thanks!
