ive got everthing from 0.14 ohms on a mechanicl, 0.56 on a series box, 0.2 ohm builds in tc and 0.3 in Kanthal on a hexohm... even a few 1.3-1.5 ohm on a kayfun and a hurricane.

i never know what mood i'll be in so i keep them all ready to go. this morning was the hurricane and today was the petri at 0.2 now I'm on my aqua.
all that really matters is i have not touched a cigarette in 2.5 years.
I'm much the same way. Got .12Ω aliens in my Griffin, .12Ω Fused Claptons in my Avocado, a .14Ω single coil FC in my Haze, .22Ω in an RDA for a tube mech, .41Ω fused claptons in an RDA for my Mini Volt. Then my MTL setups have always been 1.2-1.5Ω but I still haven't nailed something down that I like perfectly there. Also I built a 1.12Ω build for an RDA to go on my Mini Volt and it was actually pretty kickass, If I'm ever going out for a long day that'll likely be what I use, battery lasted so long and it was still a very solid vape, barely went through any juice too, satisfying enough. I do in general prefer the in your face level of low ohm builds, but they just don't always suit the situation or mood.

Afternoon y'all. Been a bit moody and blah today. Probably the gray skies and promise of cold weather coming back. Seasonal affective disorder is a blast when you live in Ohio lol
Living in Michigan I know this all too well :)

There can be help, though. For some people vitamin D supplements help. Less exposure to sunlight means less vitamin D you produce on your own, sometimes creating a deficit. Another OTC solution some folks have found effective is St. John's Wort. The best solution, in my view, is exercise. Besides the obvious health benefits: Exercise can lead to increased endorphin and serotonin levels. These both lead to improved mood and less feeling of fatigue. Endorphins are also natural pain and stress fighters.

In males: Mood is also affected by testosterone levels. "Low T" can also have a number of other deleterious side-effects. Some types of exercise can also increase T levels.

Disclaimers: The above are not recommendations. I am not a doctor or health professional of any kind. Nor do I play one on TV. Nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express, last night.

I had a day like that recently because I hadn't had enough sleep and got call grumpy or cranky or something. I like bad jokes. I tell them frequently.

Seriously, I don't like chocolate chip cookies. I do like oatmeal cookies, nix the raisins, gimme cranberries!!
Ooooh how do I add cranberries to my lemon cookie? That would be bomb. I think all I have is cap cranberry though :(

And here I self medicate with wine and laziness lol. When I could afford it I used to do a tanning bed twice a week 10 minutes at a time and it helped a ton, I know skin cancer and all that. But short term sanity was worth it.

The hardest part of exercise for me was getting up to do it, when I'm at the lowest even a shower can be monumental. It gets pretty bad sometimes (the lows, not the showers lmao I still manage it) and basic housework takes all my energy. I also have what they think is fibromyalgia and quite a few other issues that steal my energy even in the summer.

Eh long story short this winter wasn't as bad as usual, and the end is in sight. It helps having a place to hang out and talk like an adult lol, certainly don't get much conversation or socializing anymore without the forums.

Arthritis sucks like that too. Hurts to move but sitting still is worse. Hard to get motivated just to walk sometimes but once I get going the pain and stiffness will fade a bit, as long as it's low-impact like walking or bike riding. The latter has done wonders for my knees.

Morning Whiskey, Huck and Andria.. After
reading the tootle puffing posts here with my GF again late last night must have brought good karma for us down at the casino after, as well as some rather good luck....and it put us in the right frame of mind to get off the internet and enjoy real people in the flesh sorta speak.. (Lobster dinner by candle light wasn't bad either). Anyway
we won a two week all-expense-paid trip down to Cancun, Mex, and I won a jackpot close to $6,000 with a $5 bet playing Jacks or Better..First time I had to fill out a W4 in a long time..Gonna get me 4 brand new tires for my truck today and clothes for our vacation south of the border.. it's a good day on all fronts, even my mom has taken a turn for the better according to her doctor.. really doesn't get any better than that, Good Morning Folks

My new iPV Mini says it's out for delivery.... in the past, that news would occasion singing and dancing, but considering how those flavors in my last vapemail got to tour Lawrenceville for 24 hrs after showing out for delivery, I think I'll hold off on the dancing till I have the thing in my hand. :D

BTW... anyone looking for a very inexpensive 30w mod, those iPV Minis are $19.99 at AngelCigs, and if you're in the US, the shipping from the US warehouse in Long Beach, CA is VERY fast -- I ordered mine Tuesday, got it today. :)

Andria

(ETA: I think they also have the 70w Mini 2's, just $10 more.)

CONGRATZ @Break-19!!!! That's an amazing win!!! I never win like that at my casino. Hell, I'm mostly happy if I break even and managed to play for a few hours. Pretty exciting!!

Happy Friday everyone!! Sun is shining but it's still chilly enough for the furnace to run. Guess I won't go out and clean the garden,,, maybe I'll go shopping instead.

Speaking of shopping... I ordered a Lemo2 this morning. I think I finally got the silver Griffin working...so far anyway. Took it all apart, checked all the o-rings, rewicked (again!) lubed up the o-rings a bit and it seems to be doing better now. It hasn't dumped on me at least.

That Encom Voidray showed up today. I'll try to get pics up in a bit. Initial impression?? I'm glad I didn't pay for this thing.

No word about the new job yet. Damn, I hate waiting!!
