A. you yelled back. If you did this in front of customers I doubt the company is going to allow it to happen again without discipline. If it was a store manager then his word on how he runs the show is on him.

@Boattlebot , I would never let a dealership, or import car garage work on my car. Go to any track day where they have a road course, and you will find a wrench that can not only do wizardry on an import on the reasonable...but can also source parts that are quality, and affordable.
