Question was if Tapatalk would work on a computer..I think firebird had it downloaded on his..not sure through..

Basically Tapatalk is an application for Forums like this one.. Very easy to set up and navigate..I know they supposedly have a PC version, but I'm not sure..my devices that have it installed are mobile, (like Whiskey was sayin), and your using a PC....someone might chime in with more help, like firebird maybe..I think he had it at one time installed on his PC...

@Whiskey, you're a gem. Liz and I both are grateful for your kind words, and support.

Liz and I are a motley crew (not the misspelled band, where drummers ended up getting Hep C from a former Baywatch hottie who pulled and stretched her pretty face to pieces with collagen, and plastic surgery - she must've been calling that late, poor misguided soul Michael Jackson - one of the greatest performers of all time...), and the problem resides within the human mindset:

Even though Liz is 51, she still thinks that she's 17, and bulletproof in her mindset.

Though I'm young in spirit, my body puts the kabash on everything else. I try to dance with Liz, but the pain soon stops that. ****! Whenever I see people getting out of vehicles parked in handicapped spaces - literally hopping, skipping and jumping as they leave their car that has a handicap placard hanging off of the rearview mirror - I'm like, "Huh?"

Whadda they have? Tourettes Syndrome? Take your Halidol, and park around back just in case your having a REALLY bad day. Let this guy with the power chair have what he needs, you poor excuse for a human being. So WHAT if your live-in grandpa is handicapped, and that reason ALONE is how you got a handicap placard swinging on your rearview mirror... (?)

Okay I vented (and, digressed. Please forgive me..! I fell asleep in the MIDDLE of this post...) The damned phone sat in my sleeping lap for four-plus hours... we love you, @Whiskey...

LW & Liz :):):):)
I truly agree with you @LOveWerks and Liz. I see people pull up in the handicapped spots and get out and run in before I can drag my crippled body out of my truck! I wish the police would would catch every one of them!:):D:)

Yeah but handicap placards are issued for more than just having a crippled leg per say... I mean my aunt has a handicap placard because she has COPD...long walks and she's outa breath...she needs to park close to places like Walmart, drug store, doctors office, etc..you couldn't tell she has COPD getting in or out of her car... cannot judge others by how they get out of their vehicles, just saying

Agreed it's when they run to the door of the store like a sprinter after getting out

Personally I've never seen that happen..lol

Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatal Some people in my area aren't very respectful, I've seen it happen several times once by the guy down the street from me, When I asked him about it he said " I only parked there for a few minutes, that he was in a hurry"

They got volunteer cops here whose sole purpose is to enforce handicap parking.. Its a BIG ticket when you get caught..so like I said, I've never seen someone sprint from a car parked in a handicap zone..lol

Yes. At work. Much better night tonight. Workload-wise anyway. Shit has been thoroughly stirred here... Our midnight shift guy turned in his resignation today. He's been offered a job not far from here that pays $15/hr more than what we make here. For the same job. It's causing quite a stir. Enough of a stir that I'm looking at another job too. Pretty sure I'm a shoe-in for the position but it's hard to leave somewhere you've been for 15 years. I guess they'll have to offer me something pretty sweet, but I certainly can be enticed!

Wishing the very best for you, it is hard to change jobs after that long but if they would make you an offer like that I could see it making you think hard about it.

Cancer got my dad too, lung cancer OF COURSE, given than he smoked Luckies since he was 12 yrs old and every other smokable thing since he was about 20.

Cancer got my well-beloved grandfather too; colon cancer. Have they ever tied digestive cancers to smokeless tobacco? He was a snuff dipper for many, many years; he was a loom mechanic in a cotton mill, couldn't smoke there, so he dipped.

I, Duh, forgot to ask what kind of cancer Andria?

Not sure what kind got Bowie; don't think I've ever heard them say what kind he had.
