I do have a set of those and the life is very good, one thing though, they get warm when using high watts or chaining. That's one of the reasons I went with the VTC5, just to see their performance as to the HG2.

My dad drove jeeps after his mid-life crisis phase of Trans Ams. I LOVED driving his jeeps.
Front. Wanted 4 wheel but would've had to buy brand new for that and couldn't afford it. So far handles really well in the snow though
The hubby has 2 wranglers. They just aren't practical for what I needed though.
Front wheel drive is fun in the snow. Just point the wheels in the direction you want to go, and pray for grip.

That's the wife's. I stared at it for 2 years as a background on our home computer screen. Took her Monte Carlo in for an oil change, and they had just unloaded it off the carrier, and was floored by the color. I went in and talked to my sales guy, and put a deposit on it. Drug the wife back up to the dealer to finalize the deal. It was a YOLO gift to her for making full recovery from 3 strokes, and 3 surgery's to repair the aneurysm that caused them a year prior.

Yep, she's made a 98% recovery. The stokes only left a couple minor deficits, but only if you "really" knew her, would you detect them.
The other fun part about all that, was all the stress and anxiety from all that amplified the affects of an undetected heart birth defect I had. So I got some medical play too in the midst of all that.
