My next dog hands down needs to be a corgithey're my favorite. Don't seem to be too many of them around here
That's what my husband wants, and I keep agitating for a long-haired dachshund, my own favorite. Hopefully we can resolve it by the time we can afford to fence in the back yard.

Long-haired dachshunds are a little more mellow than the traditional shorthaired ones. We had one when I was a kid, and she was the sweetest little baby. I like them because they're small, and have small-dog appetites (cheaper to feed!) but when they bark it's not that irritating small-dog yap-yap-yap... they have german-shepherd sized barks, with those deep chests.
They're also much cuter than the slick haired ones, their noses aren't as long, so they stay "puppy cute" even when full grown.Andria

This is the only pup I will have and need until she passes away. And I don't think I'll have another dog as sweet and well behaved as she is.

But it's April. I should have daffodils not snowflakes. I will say though, I have not taken the snowbrush out of the car yet. I knew better than to do that.

I don't have any dogs but my middle sister has a pit bull..He didn't like me at first, always barking and growling... Then I started throwing him a little treat now again when my sister wasn't around or looking...He quit barking and actually started wagging his tail when he saw me..my sister was in astonishment stating she got ripped off..she bought him as a pup to be a big bad watchdog, turns out he's only big and actually pretty mellow, least he is around me these days, lol

Not looking for any sympathy (and I don't mean that in a mean way)......but Dr.'s still can't figure out how to even "TRY" to fix my shoulder problems (which have been going on since last May
). Next step......Wait for comp......and see if they approve a second MRI.....This time, my neck. So.....I'll keep on waiting. So.....That's the icing....on my already shitty day.....That and Saddle's puppy. OK......I'm done with my B.S. of the day.
