Quick update. Had to call out sick from work. Only got like two hours of sleep. Got the frigging kid into detox AGAIN ! I think he might be done this time. He's going to a 30 day after this no two ways about it. He won't get anything out of it because he's been to so many programs, but this will put some distance between him and the drugs. I will say, some part of him wants to be clean because even relapsing he was going to two and three meetings a day. If your hell bent on using you don't go to meetings or talk to people in meetings. This kid brings a whole new meaning to the slogan keep coming back ! TTY guys later. Even with a day off I still have to much to do LOL. Have a good day ! Anyone know the Pope? I need to call in a prayer favor LMAO !

Your right! I think he is affiliated with a eliquid company. However, it's really hard to decipher people's agendas nowadays.

I know people who have met Dr F., he's well meaning and serious about his research.
But research is expensive...and sometimes we have to compromise in order to get stuff done.
His credibility actually suffers from being quoted by the vaping industry
and from his being so quick to issue rebuttals to studies like that referred to by Bori.

I suppose some people need to have little tihngs pointed out like
the fact that the study in question (not Dr F.'s) has machines toking every 15 seconds or something.
Who The Heck vapes or even smokes like the actors in the 'R****r Madness' movie?

Sometihng else that irks me is the constant comparison between smoking and vaping
and the doc's insistence on discrediting studies if the results aren't compared to
those from smoking.
Okay, I know smoking bad vaping good. Now tell me about the effects of vaping
and let me worry about smoking if and when I smoke

I too am very sorry to hear that Hott..when my mom passed away from a stroke here in CA I couldn't say goodbye either because I was in New Orleans at the time..... My deepest sympathies and may God help you through this difficult time..

He wants to be clean trust me but the dreams and thoughts mess with your head hardcore and don't stop calling until you either get your fix or keep ignoring it and it'll eventually go away but that takes time and a lot of hard work. If you want to you'll get there and it might take a couple of set backs but when you get there your whole world is transformed. You become so happy like discovering a new world. Been there done that a couple of times. Detox is no fun for sure. Have patience and good luck. Being on the family end is hard too. I've seen how sad and desperate they can get only cuz they love you so much. Junkies are master manipulators...

My grandfather on my father's side never met me while he was alive.
The day he died my nanny saw him leaning over my crib smiling.
She didn't know what he looked like so she ran and got my mom.
"There's a large white haired man in the boy's room!"
My mom got there just in time to see Timotee smile at her and fade out.
