@always9988, we ate well. I had everything timed so that the two t-bones were ready during the half time show. Hot potatoes. Great salad. I broiled the two t-bones on a homemade grille over the top of a baking pan for ten minutes at 475 degrees F.

No turns. Both sides were seasoned with sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. LIGHTLY.

Results: medium-rare/rare (not quite Tartar, but close).

The Broncos won on early strength, and mostly on defense. Yet, there were some later offensive plays that were easy on Carolina's tired defense. And, yes - the last Broncos touchdown was good. No knees hit the ground until the ball had crossed the line, and touched.

We're glad the Broncos won. Liz said, "I'm so happy. Wooooooo! Woooooooo! We're moving to where the winners are - Colorado!"

I'll miss salt air, but a flight to see my brother in the Santa Anas of Cali will give me my fix. Both of us, indeed, are looking forward to the move. Our new place is going to look great.

Dinner, was excellent. The Broncos winning the 50th Super Bowl - awesome. Liz's curly hair next to me - it leaves me without words.

Good night.

LW & Liz :):):):):):)
Dinner sounded fantastic, hope your move goes well when does this take place/ Good Night Loveworks:):D

It's certainly understandable. That's still gotta be raw. Over the years I've lost a couple of kitties and I still think about them. I've even called my current boy cat by the other cat's name and he passed in 2001.

I lost my cat about that same time, and the wife lost hers a year later, right after moving into our current house. They were our 1st cohabitational pets together, and the pug was our 1st dog. Just one remaining dog, and no more pets after that.

Can't tell ya how many times I've said that. I have 2 cats, again, and a dog now, lol. Animals make your home smaller, but they sure make your heart bigger.
I know, I know.
We have a cat that adopted us 3yrs ago. She gets 2 meals and fresh water each day, but only gets to come inside when it gets below 40° or an occasional break in. They funny thing is when she gets inside, she behaves like she's been in here the entire time. And she tells us when she wants out (no LB)
