saw a super stupid easy rice and chicken soup recipe.
3/4 chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1 onion
5-6 cloves of garlic.
2 lbs chicken breast
a couple bay leafs
2 cups stock 2 cups water. so that means to me is 4 cups stock.
2 cups wild rice rinsed.
Put that shit on high in a crock pot 4 hours.
3.5 hours pull the chicken and pull it with a fork.
in a pan add 5 tlbs butter 1/2 cup flour and 2 cups milk for a roux.
Add the roux and chicken back in and simmer for 30 more minutes.

Same with vista vapors on some of their juices, I've been using them for the last 4-5 months.

You sir need BigNasty's guide to StFu it is easy to cook.
if you have a crockpot I can teach you how to make some mind blowing pasta sauce.
Replying to my own.
needed tools.
1 crockpot.
1 sauce pan
1 knife sharp.
1 cutting board.
1 can opener.

Food shit needed from the food library. Figure out that reference and you win the internets.
2 small cans of tomato paste.
2 large cans of crushed tomatoes.
1/2 cup sugar.
1 sweet onion.
2-5 bay leaf depending on quality 1 is needed.
1 bulb of garlic.
Thai fish sauce.
1 medium can of diced
1 half bag frozen peppers.
Olive oil.
mushrooms.

Onions... dice them bitches.
Garlic smash and chop them bitches. Fuck 1 or two cloves use the whole bulb, it is cheap and good for you.
In a pan on bruner over medium to med high heat warm the oil, if it smokes you fucked up. Add onion and garlic to soften. remove from heat.

In crockpot put the crushed and diced maters in there and add the onion bay leafs and garlics. cover it and put it on high for an hour or so stir every once in a while.
I normally put rosemary and some thyme in there and oregano and basil. Fresh works better, but I see no point in spending 2 bucks on herbs per box and have most go to pot. If there is a store where you can get them for what you need awesome. Stupid kitchen trick... you have a rolling pizza cutter for all those party pizzas... get fingers out of the way and go to town on the herbs.
Taste and add pepper if you need to the sauce. Chances it will be acidic as hell so add the sugar and paste.
Stupid kitchen trick number duece. use the can opener on both ends slid one off and push the paste out that way.
Stir well kick the frozen peppers and a couple table spoons of fish sauce in and cover leave it alone for another hour, stir it in an hour and kick it to low for another two hours. I add the shrooms at the end. They will soften. Use fresh cause canned shrooms are the fucking suck.

A nice pasta/chili/sloppy bastard sauce base.

You can add to it but that is the base.
I will add hot peppers or red wine at the start, just depends.
I know the fish sauce sounds strange but it rounds off the acid of the maters and gives it a salty without the extra added salt.

Makes good since. Also I think with red wine it would be amazing!

Reminds me of my secret seasoning, when I make my red sauce I always throw in a few anchovies while sautéing the onions. The dissolve into the onions and you just get that salty flavor, no fish taste at all.
