In movies you always see folks going nuts if they find a place that is rent controlled. Do they really have that there? I was watching a movie yesterday and the home I think was a brownstone. The movie was ..... meh.... but omgggg the detailed woodwork etc was so gorgeous in it! You can see a bit of it here. The alcove or whatever ya call it that juts out at the top of the stairs....wow!As long as you had a good time. Post some videos or share some vacation photos. It's nice to see folks hanging out on warm sunny beaches when you've been sitting in grey cold wet drizzle. Oh wait, that's you normal weather at home, right?
All nice and boring by me. My daughter graduates college next month so I've been planning that trip, along with how to get her back to NY with all her stuff. I'm leaning towards selling off a bunch of it and shipping the rest back by UPS ground if she can keep the boxes under 75 pounds. That and I'm moving to my new apartment the end of this month so more moving joy. I hate moving. The one I'm in now has great views, but typical NY, not a huge space, which is how most of the new buildings are. The older prewar NY apartments might not have all the fancy kitchens and baths (although the one I found did have a lot of work already done) but they do have large rooms with high ceilings and detailed woodwork and moldings, stuff just not found in new construction. Unless your Russian or Chinese looking to shelter assets by moving them into the US, in which case there are a few high end new buildings with that stuff, but the prices are reflective of that.
There's one good deal they're trying to add some incentives to help sell, including a $1 Million dollar yacht with 5 years of docking fees paid, two RR Phantoms, one free summer Hampton's rental, and a chef and butler for one year. You can imagine the asking price if those are the freebies. Best part, it's in a fairly unattractive area of the city, which I guess explains why all the giveaways. Gotta love NY real estate.

Not heard about the 510 and I will tell you all about the mod but I just want to use it a bit more before I drop the name of it, too many, in fact, far to many times I recommend something and then something happens or it's just not as good as I thought, that shit has to stop because it costs other people money and I'm not or don't want to be like those youtube reviewers, I would rather not post than be like them.

Jup same crap goes on here! I do get that companies want someone who will stay, and if someone is over qualified they will leave for more money when the opportunity comes along. However......to go to the lower paying job to begin with means the candidate has exhausted all the higher paying jobs and there are none! lol Not to mention most companies have never learned that if you want employee loyalty, treat em good and pay em the best you can. Most folks will work for less money if they are treated with respect.

Oh dear, I never got to use mine long enough for that problem to crop up, once again, more mass produced Chinese subpar mods, that's why I went with an all American made mod, even the board, everything is made in the US and I could not be happier with my latest and greatest. Now I'm not saying just because it was made in the USA that it's going to be perfect (although it is lol) but you stand a better chance of it working and having a decent finish, better parts and put together better. You may pay extra but it actually saves you money in the long run.

Something else I noticed about the Predator is that the black fire trigger and the other side goes from matt to shiny slippy black really fast and no, it wasn't suntan cream lol. This mod is very easy to slip straight out your hand..
