Never tried TC with the IPV5 before. I just tried it with SS and NI and yes you have to set the resistance prior to using it.
Seems to be working fine in NI TC mode. SS TC mode seems like it's not coming up to temp, but the IPV5 only has a setting for SS304, not SS316 and I'm not sure if that makes a difference.
Doesn't really matter as I usually use NI200 coils in my Crown and Crown 2 tanks. Only reason I have a SS coil in the one Crown 2 tank is I was trying out the coils that came with it. Figured the coil would crap out after a day or 2 with all the issues they've had with the coils, but it's been in the tank for 2 weeks so far and still going strong.
When it does crap out I plan on using the bullet base on a Rafale coil to see if there's any difference in airflow. I honestly haven't had an issue with the airflow of the Rafale coils in the Crown 2 tank, but I will have a bullet base to try so why not. If it's better great, if not it didn't cost me anything to try it.

Check out a G2. Rock solid ugly mod that can take a beating. Vapor Cube sells refurbs with a code for like $53. I just don't know the code off hand. Bunch here got them and like them.

From what I hear there's no flies on those refurbs. Everyone here that has ordered them to my knowledge has not had a problem with them. Really can't go wrong with that box at that price.

Ya, I've seen a few people mention that. This may just be me trying to make myself feel better, but since the refurbs are inspected and worked on there's a chance that small things which may be missed by QC on a brand new one will be noticed and fixed. Maybe not, but like you said at less than half the price of a new one, might as well check it out.

Me too, Trixy. I got a great deal on 240 mls recently - 120 kiberry and 120 dewberry cream which I also love. It was like 32 bucks a bottle. On the hexohm v3 shown I usually have the potentiometer at 40-50 percent. On a DNA I'll usually vape around 50-70 watts. This is my typical build.

Doesn't Dewberry have melon in it? When Kilo came out with their limited special edition of 120ml in a beautiful metal box with a serial number for $60 I bought 2. Came pre steeped but I haven't opened one yet. I still have 3 30ml to use. I put the tins in the fridge. Great price for those 2.

I've had a couple old sx350's, but this thing is so nice I'm already going to sell several DNA's. It looks even better in person even though it sure is photogenic. It's a workhorse with the new chip and vapes like a dream. As long as everything holds up its a winner. At this point I think I could live with only this and my hex ohm if I could only choose 2.

Personally I like 'Game Over' got it in 22mm avocado on the lavabox DNA75

Gameover and the apple flavor are the only two I have not tried from the flawless line. My favorite is the blueberry donut.
Gameover is the only 1 I have had, but did get 'Hot mess' in last week, but not cracked it open yet.
I got it because I like raging donut and was same kind of flavor profile, and really liked raging donut, but think gameover is slightly more fruity, but after 3 bottles, I am kind of burned out of it, probably got about 1 more tank left of gameover and then won't bother getting anymore.
Hot mess is good but not something I can vape all day.
