I bought another liter of nic base today. I guess before August I need to buy some more.
Whoa, Whoa, Whoa!! Wait a second here. I haven't read the deeming regs yet, but how exactly does nicotine base, which I would think existed prior to 2007, fall under limitations of the deeming regs? Anyone?

Glad to see you back! And, yes, it's a lousy day for us vapers. We're all talking about ways around all this mess. Mods and such are pretty well covered. Just nic base. Yes, 32 liters of 3mg. That would last me 5 years at 120ml per week if I keep up my current usage. So, 3 of them, I'd have enough until I'm an old fart.
I was expecting worse, and it wasn't that bad.

Well yall, I was getting ready for work, loading the car and feeling horrible. Took my temp and was over 100 so called in and took a day. Will see what tomorrow looks like.
Was looking online at some of this FDA bullshit and its sounds like BT and BP wrote the regs and modeled it after Indiana's legislation. All vape shops must submit everything they sell for testing which can run a shop into the millions on testing cost. It just shows how easily our government can be bought.
I'm sure there will be tons of lawsuits over this but how much damge will already be done before anything can be done. That's the question.
I already have 2 1/2 liters of 100mg nicotine on hand and will pick up a couple more before the end of the month. That should last me a life time. VG &PG is used in a lot of other things so I do not see how they can regulate it for vaping but already planned on buying 4 more gallons soon. I'm on my last gallon now so need it anyways.

Its a proven fact that vaping is the best anti smoking device out there, and it has cost our politicians dearly in the form of tax revenues. It has cost big pharma millions on lost revenue and it has cost big tobacco billions in lost revenues.

BTW, although I've tried to stay caught up with reading the forum today, this is really the first I've posted; I was much too depressed and didn't wanna bring everyone else down what with the FDA bullshit to deal with already, and when I said GFY, I didn't want to REALLY mean it. But I'm back in somewhat closer to my right mind, so... GFYs! You guys helped me a lot last night, but I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and mostly stayed there all day.

Hope you feel better soon Choppy. You know, I ordered more nic gum last week as I cannot vape at work. It almost DOUBLED in price. Wonder if they had a "heads up" on the law changes. One must wonder.
