Sorry, much like your home inspection cleaning frenzies, I find myself in a similar situation. I'm trying to buy this house. Been renting it for ten years and really didn't think my credit was good enough to even consider buying it. Turns out it's not so bad. So, suddenly, way too many things need to happen way too fast. Mainly an appraisal. All kinds of things need attention and I'm not the handiest man you'll find. Spent a good part of yesterday on the roof (have I ever mentioned that I'm kinda scared of heights and that roof scares the shot out of me?) cleaning gutters, then pulled weeds on the front bank to put down new mulch, then scrubbed on the front porch. Have I ever mentioned that I can barely move this morning? Holiday weekend, so I have two more days of fun filled cleaning up to do.

She's doing ok, she said that the transplant got sketchy when her blood pressure dropped way down but it came back up. Im going to go hang with her for awhile today after I get the A/C recharged in the Buick, its been warming up slowly but surely. I gotta go back to GR tomorrow to get my script too, so I'll probably stop in and see her tomorrow too. going to spend alot of time in the car the next couple days. Thank goodness for podcasts

Luckily for me, I didn't see any of it. My weekend was watching the HAWKEYES win the BIG 10 tournament.
Hopefully they can win a few in the NCAA tourney and make it to Omaha.

Same here! Been redoing all of our landscaping, garden, & back yard. I've hauled over 60 tons of earth, rock, sand, & soil already and have 12 more tons arriving today.
Upside is that it's looking great and I've now lost 40 lbs in the last 9 months

My favorite work outs don't involve going to the gym. The downside of apartment living, I miss doing my own landscaping and yard work. Nothing like cracking a beer at the end of a hot day and looking at a pretty yard you worked hard on

A little Doggie told me y'all were talking about me.
Sorry i've been absent. I can't say I've been all that busy, but just focused on other stuff, I guess.

Like Dready, we've been doing a lot of work outside. Got our garden in, which entailed moving tons of dirt and rocks and building fences, etc. It looks pretty great though.

And like Always, I'm waiting on warm weather . We've had a handful of nice days interspersed with tons of rain and colder days, so I'm getting pretty impatient about it. Got the mowing done yesterday, fully clothed.
