I've been using the Subtank Mini with the Nickel OCC coils since last week. Got them on my way home from work on a impulse, the day I got the IPV4. Personally, I love 'em. I've been vaping them at 450° & 30 Joules and it's great. I just got my Starre tank today so the Subtank got pulled off the IPV. Now I need another mod for the extra tank, though.
I'm just using the regular .25 coil right now. I have the Nickel Atlantis coils on order, though.
And at last I have my IPV4
Only had it 5 minutes, but so far I am liking it, like the feel of the taco shell and the screen does not bother me, but it will be my at home mod, so not being able to read outside won't be a problem for me, so won't be messing with the screen on mine.

Gotcha. It rips in power mode. I like a hot vape, in fact pretty damn hot, and the right build and settings will achieve that, with an RDA at least. I'd have stopped using TC if I couldn't get a hot vape out of it.
Mark, I'm running the stock 1.8's in them. Thanks for the info, I'll see if I can find a couple 1.6's locally and try a few. I'm gonna rebuild a few of my used ones too to about 1.2 or 1.4 and try them too.

I'm partial to the LG's, but I've never had Samsungs. They are well regarded, don't think you could go wrong either way. I like the LG's, I have quite a few. I'd get two pairs of whatever you get, that way when one married pair is charging, you pop in the other pair.

It's a good plan. You know you have to,"marry" each pair, and charge them and use them together always. It's a good idea to swap sleds in the mod each switch, too. Just wanna make sure you know that and you're safe.
Vapor Range had the LG HE2's buy one get one free last week, not sure if it's still good. I got 4 for like $20.
Where is it getting hot at? what kind of build you running and what battery are using? btw Ipv mini 2 doens't work with 18350 unless you jerry rigged it.
Well, first are you sure your not using an 18650? That mod uses 18650's. If you're making it work with an 18350 somehow, stop. What batteries are you using?

4 dual coils? ( octa coil ) that would really work any battery super hard. I hope you understand ohms law and are using good battery safety.

thats a good battery it's just a rewrapped samsung 25r they have a continious amp rating of 20 amps. You may want to look into getting some authentic Sony Vtc4's or LG HB6 from a trusted vendor. Vtc4's and HB6 have a higher amp rating and would be better then the mxjo especially if your running a octa coil.
