I called them at their 714 number on the contact page, got a vm and spoke for 30 seconds describing issue and dude picked up. Said he would send the order out correctly.
Try call them on Monday.
Got my replacement order in, all smell fantastic... only tried the strawberry milk in my crown so far. May need to get the dripper out to try the others 
The strawberry milk is iust as good as a premium $12/15ml strawberry milk juice I love. A real sweet, milky vape... not a waxy chemically taste. Guessing this was not just mixed but if it was and it gets better with time... I'm in love

I'm going to put this here.
Over in the vape mail thread, I talked about my last order with EJM. They totally fucked it up. I was missing 360 mils of juice I paid for (half the order).
Called them and talked to one of the guys. He apologized profusely, and offered to make it right by getting my juice (and some extra) sent out to me 2 day.
That order should have been here Friday 3-18-16. It's Monday, and my order STILL hadn't arrived. I called them tonight and never got an answer, but got voicemail.
Let a message to the effect that I STILL have no received what I have paid for, ANOTHER week later, and if they don't give me the tracking number where my order IS, I'm calling my CC company tomorrow and disputing charges.
2 minutes later I got a confirmation about my old order number, which HAS NOT been even sent out yet.
The first time, I let it go as a fuck up. Shit happens. I'm fucking livid at this point. These fucking assholes can't pick up the phone, can't fix the fuck up the first time, and they think that sending a replacement a fucking WEEK after it was supposed to be sent "fixes" this?
Nope, I guess they can't own their fuck ups.

It really is a shame that they can't get their act together. While I never had a problem the 2x I ordered it really bothers me that this keeps happening to others. They do make very good affordable juice.

Sucks dude. EJM juice is really good, but hell, Im glad I bought it second hand from a member here. Got my shit quick and no problem.
Shit like this seems to be an all too often recurring theme in the vape industry. Ive had a lot of different hobbies and shit, and order a lot of stuff online, and Ive never come across worse customer service and processing/ship times than in the vape industry. Fuckers not replying to emails, ignoring complaints, deleting or modifying negative reviews, taking a week plus to ship something out, blaming everything on being "swamped", false advertising and just flat out lies...all of that seems to be standard practice within vape companies. Its pathetic. They need to get their shit together. Ive sent emails to a dozen companies asking questions about something relatively important and making it clear that Im either having a problem with a product I bought and paid for, or I want more info before I make a purchase, and not a fucking one has replied, sometimes after 2 or 3 emails. Fuck em.
Im half tempted to start my own company and just shit all over all the other ones in every aspect.
That said, there are some great companies with great people behind the scenes who do whatever they can to make the customer happy. Lightning Vapes has been by far the best in my experiences. Havent had better customer service than LV has given me.

The guy I spoke with said he was taking over the sevice/returns for ejm. Maybe he's up to his neck in past issues? Probably not but it sounds like you ordered around the time I did and my order was wrong. Hopefully they can get their shit straight because the juice is pretty good.

I received four bottles of juice today. ALL are unmarked and are blueberry candy. Not what I had ordered and had yet to receive. I was missing 240 mils of blueberry doughnut and a bottle of strawberry doughnut milk.
I got 4 bottles of blueberry candy. Not what I ordered, and they LEAKED in the fucking package again.
I just filed a dispute with the CC company. I WILL NOT order there again. Period. These assholes are a bunch of fucking clowns. I don't know who is running the show over there, but they need taken behind the woodshed and beaten with a rubber hose.

One of my bottles leaked a little... well a little from a 15ml bottle would have been most of the bottle but you dont miss it too much in a 120ml bottle.
Someone simply did not screw the top on tight and that seems to be a common trend. How do you not get righty tighty, it's not complicated.
Their juices are pretty good but it's just not worth it if they can't get the right flavors out to you.

My shipping label was originated in HB cali. This was an order from EJM. Guy on the phone that told me the "story" of the split, said EJM moved to cali. iDrip stayed in Arizona.

I'm not a blueberry vaper but the error blueberry custard that they sent has steeped well and is very good ironically.
Didn't work out bad for me, came up on 240 ml of a juice I wouldn't have ordered but turned out pretty good.

I got the Blueberry Custard Cream off someone here and its really good. One of my favorite blueberries or custards to date, and Ive tried a couple dozen of each easy. They have good juice, but with all their fucked up processing and shipping Ill never order from them direct.
