I dont want to see a milspec anything for the simple reason we are not a police state, we are a republic with laws and those who broke the laws I want to see brought to justice as much as anyone. Our system has many flaws but it also works real well. Mueller is behind us and now its Trumps turn. In matters of Treason & Sedition it is well established precedent that it is conducted in a military tribunal & this is the biggest most disgusting scandal in US History. These are not civilins, but government officers under multiple oaths which are administered under UCMJ.

That is why Guantanamo is still in operation. After Lincoln's assassination 2 US Congressman involved in the plot were tried on US soil & executed for Treason. The Union used military tribunals during and in the immediate aftermath of the American Civil War. Military tribunals were used to try Native Americans who fought the United States during those Indian Wars which occurred during the Civil War; the thirty-eight people who were executed after the Dakota War of 1862 were sentenced by a military tribunal. American Saboteurs who collaborated w/ the Nazi during ww2 were tried by military & a couple were executed.There are other examples I'm not going to list.

Can't think of a better wake up call to American Citizens than to ensure that nothing like this ever happens again but to use the laws upheld by our highest court in the land to prosecute them in Guantanamo just as they had in mind for us. True civilian Constitutional law does not allow for secret proceedings as used in FISAC & National secrecy. That is a bastardization of Constitutional law. You'll notice that THEIR plan requires the assistance of our own military - which I am not even 50/50 sure they would get.
