Evolv, Yihi and Hohmtech have the 3 top boards for vaping IMO so your in good company. I have 4 DNA mods, 2 Yihi mods and more Hohmtech mods than I care to admit. All of them have been solid, I would only stay away from the DNA 75 variety, does not match the quality of the DNA200 or 250 chips.
The Hohmtech mods like the G2 and Slice are the TC mods for power mode users. The DNA 200/250 are the the most accurate but require more user input through escribe. The Yihi mods are really well made but the most expensive of the 3.
My personal favorite for performance, admittedly not looks is the Hohmtech G2. Allows me to tweak my vape on the fly, no need to connect to a computer. My second favorite is the Finder DNA 167 as it comes setup with great SS316L TC modes and a kanthal preheat mode. 3rd would be the Yihi but I don't have one of the newer models and for the price not sure if I ever will.
This is all just my personal preferences though. I was never a big TC mode user until the Hohmtech FSK chip, power mode was always my preference. Just like there is deep lung and mouth to lung vapers there are power and TC vapers. Sometimes I want smooth but most of the time I want a violent and tasty cloud, the FSK chip allows me to get that regardless of what wire type I choose and no dry hits. Call it taste control if you want, it is just my preference, you have to decide what your preference is.
