A perfect blending of fine German engineering with cheap Chi-Nee manufacturing.
The Big Tank (Big German M1 clone) in 10ml mode is on the VT75 and the Genelocity (German Stil Vapor GENIUS² clone) on the Cuboid.
They are good at both.

). I'll be the Guinea Pig. I ordered a roll of SS 904L, 27ga (thickest diameter they carried). I have feelers out about a TCR. If not there is the water test or just cranking it up to 420F and playing with different TCR's until I get fire from dry cotton lol.

Based on the thermal conductivity I would think that 904L would be even harder to TC than 317L. If you are looking for other grades of SS without a specified resistivity, look for a higher Lambda. Although the relationship between thermal conductivity and resistivity is not specifically linear they do have common escalation.I know it's bad form but I'm going to reply to my own post (nothing like talking to yourself in public

Get some 439 wire... if you can find it. 5% higher resistivity than 430 and the highest resistivity of any grade that specifies it.
The highest TCR of any SS alloy I know of is SS410: 0.00155. I just don't know where to get it.My work is done here...

I use nickel all of the time. I used it in the beginning for 6 months straight. I bought tempered nickel because everyone said how soft regular Ni200 was. Well after 6 months I was running low and I ordered regular Ni200 to give that a shot. So while I was waiting to get it in the mail, I started to build with Kanthal again. And that has a horrible iron taste to it. And the horrors that people said soft nickel, I found it to be a plus. No more stab wounds for one. And easy to bend into any shape you want was another plus.
No question it is very stable (it should be, it has the highest TCR). My main problems with it are it's very soft (not a problem until you go to re-wick it). I was one of the first adopter if tc - I had a DNA 40 beta before they went for sale. The choices were nickel or Kathal and that was it.
